सिरसा 13 नवम्बर – नगरपरिषद सिरसा द्वारा 167.5 करोड़ों रूपये की लागत से चल रहे पार्को व निर्माणाधीन गलियों के निर्माण स्थल पर सूचना बोर्ड लगाये जाने की मांग को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा लघुसचिवालय में राष्ट्रीय परिषद के सदस्य एवं जिलाध्यक्ष विरेन्द्र कुमार के नेतृत्व में अनिश्चितकालीन धरना तीसरे दिन भी जारी रहा। तीसरे दिन धरने का संचालन जिला महासचिव ताराचन्द फौजी एवं युवा नेता सचिन तनेजा ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। जिलाध्यक्ष विरेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रदेश सहप्रभारी एवं राज्यसभा सांसद सुशील गुप्ता जी आगामी 15 नवम्बर को सिरसा लघुसचिवालय में जारी धरने पर पहुंचकर कार्यकर्ताओ का हौंसला बढ़ाएंगे। जिलाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2021 में नगरपरिषद में सिरसा शहर के विकास कार्यो के लिए 167.5 करोड़ रूपये की राशि मंजूर की गई है परन्तु नगरपरिषद सिरसा के अधिकारी करोड़ों की राशि को बगैर किसी पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के खर्च कर रहे हैं। अधिकारी दर्जनों ठेकेदारों को अलग-अलग गलियों के टेंडर अपनी कमीशनखोरी के लिए आवंटित कर रहे है। ठेकेदारों द्वारा बगैर किसी लेवल के शहर की अधिकतर गलियों को उखाडक़र छोड दिया गया है जिससे शहर के हालात नारकीय बन गए है। नवनिर्मित और निर्माणाधीन गलियों में सिर्फ बालू मिट्टी के ऊपर घटिया इंटरलॉक टाइलें लगाई जा रही हैं। एस्टीमेट के अनुसार कागजी कार्यवाही में गलियां क्रैशर, रेता, बजरी, पत्थर व तय मानकों की इंटरलॉकिंग टाइलों से बनाई जा रही हैं परन्तु नगरपरिषद के अधिकारी कथित तौर पर विकास कार्यों में क्रैशर, सीमेंट, रेता, पत्थर गायब करके 167.5 करोड़ की राशि को हजम करने में लगे है। बहुत-सी गलियां निर्माण के दो दिन बाद ही टूट कर उखड़ गई है। स्थानीय नागरिकों को जागरूक करने के लिए नवनिर्मित व निर्माणाधीन गलियों व पार्को में सरकार हिदायत व हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार निर्माण स्थल पर सूचना बोर्ड लगवाकर स्थानीय नागरिकों को जागरूक किया जाए ताकि नागरिक स्वयं अपने वार्ड व एरिया में हो रहे विकास कार्यों पर निगरानी रख सकें और भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों द्वारा की जा रही सरेआम लूट पर अंकुश लगा कर शहर का वास्तविक विकास किया जा सके, परन्तु प्रशासन द्वारा अभी तक सूचना बोर्ड नही लगवाये गये हैं। आज के धरने पर हल्का महिला हल्का अध्यक्ष स्वर्ण कौर, उपाध्यक्ष अमन कौर, युवा संगठन मंत्री सौरव राठौर, आयुष, वरिष्ठ नेता ओम प्रकाश कपड़ेवाला, अरुण दलीप, हरबंस लाल, महाबीर कंडेला, सौरव राठौड़ आदि उपस्थित थे।
