पुलिस अधीक्षक एसीबी कार्यालय को नए भवन में शिफ्ट
डीआईजी ने ली मीटिंग, सौ दिन के एक्शन प्लॉन पर चर्चा
कोटा । प्रदेश में एसीबी एक्शन के मूड में है। एसीबी के डीआईजी कोटा रेंज दिलीप कुमार ने कोटा में एसीबी रेंज के अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में सौ दिवसीय एक्शन प्लॉन पर चर्चा की गई। विभाग के उच्चाधिकारियों ने अपने अपने क्षेत्र में 100 दिवसीय कार्ययोजना बनाने के निर्देश दिए है।
डीआईजी मुख्यालय दिलीप कुमार कोटा पहुंचे, यहां उन्होंने एसीबी एसपी ऑफिस के नए भवन का उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान मीडिया से बात करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की सौ दिवसीय कार्य योजना के तहत ब्यूरो मुख्यालय से प्राप्त दिशा निर्देशों की पालना में ट्रेप के लंबित प्रकरणों के निस्तारण, पद के दुरुपयोग और आय से अधिक संपत्ति के प्रकरण, लंबित प्राथमिक जांच एवं परिवादों के लंबित चालान एवं एफआर न्यायालय में पेश करवाने तथा भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही के लिए समीक्षा की जा कर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि कोटा रेंज ने सौ दिवसीय कार्ययोजना के तहत अब तक बेहतरीन कार्य किया है। एक जनवरी से अप्रैल माह तक कोटा रेंज के विभिन्न भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो कार्यालय द्वारा बेहतरीन कार्रवाई की गई है। जिसमें 13 ट्रेप कार्यवाही, एक पद का दुरुपयोग के प्रकरण दर्ज किए गए हैं। तथा एक आकस्मिक चेकिंग की गई। इसके अलावा सहीराम मीणा, सुधीर यादव एवं राजस्थान सरकार के कई अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध प्राप्त शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई करते हुए उन्हें गिरफ़्तार किया।
पेण्डिंग मामलों का शीघ्र निस्तारण
नए संशोधित काननू बनने से एसीबी की कार्यप्रणाली पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा। इसके बारे में पूछने पर उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य व केन्द्र सरकार ने एसीबी कानून में नए संशोधन किए हैं। नए कानूनी प्रावधानों के बारे में विचार विमर्श किया जा रहा है। रिश्वत लेने वाले हाईटेक हो गए हैं। रिश्वत लेने के नए तरीके ईजाद हो रहे हैं। इसके बारे में हमने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे रखे हैं कि वे उसी के अनुरूप कार्य करे। एसीबी में जांच अधिकारियों की कमी होने के बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि रिक्त पदों पर शीघ्र ही जांच अधिकारियों को नियुक्त कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि पेण्डिंग केसों के शीघ्र निस्तारण करने के लिए सभी अधिकारियेां को दिशा निर्देश दिए गए हैं। भ्रष्टाचार रोकने के लिए आम जनमा को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
