हरियाणा सिरसा। गेस्ट टीचर संघर्ष समिति की एक बैठक आज एफ ब्लॉक स्थित एक स्कूल में हुई। बैठक में मौजूद गेस्ट टीचरों ने कहा कि हरियाणा विधानसभा ने फरवरी 2019 में गेस्ट टीचर सर्विस एक्ट बनाया था, जिस एक्ट का सरकार ने गुणगान किया था व मौके पर भी गुणगान कर भी रही है । उस एक्ट को स्कूल मुखिया ही नहीं मान रहे । एक्ट के पेरा नंबर 4 में साफ और स्पष्ट लिखा है कि जैसे ही नियमत अध्यापक के मंहगाई भत्ते में 1 जनवरी व 1 जुलाई को वृद्धि होगी उसी अनुपात में गेस्ट टीचर का मानदेय बढ़ेगा । 1 जनवरी 2019 व 1 जुलाई 2019 को जितनी दर से नियमत अध्यापक का महंगाई भत्ता बढ़ा था उसी अनुपात में गेस्ट टीचर का मानदेय भी बढ़ चुका है । अब 1 जुलाई 2019 से नियमत अध्यापक को महंगाई भत्ते की तीनों किश्तों का 11 प्रतिशत महंगाई भत्ता लागू कर दिया गया है पर उसी अनुपात में गेस्ट टीचर एक्ट अनुसार गेस्ट टीचर के मानदेय पर 11 प्रतिशत लगाने के लिए स्कूल मुखिया अलग से पत्र मांग रहे हैं । गेस्ट टीचर संघर्ष समिति के सिरसा जिला प्रधान सुभाष खटाना ने कहा कि जिस एक्ट का सरकार झूठा गुणगान कर रही थी उसको प्रिंसीपल, हेडमास्टर, डी डी ओ ही नही मान रहे । इस एक्ट का क्या फायदा हुआ । सरकार की इस झुठी वाहवाही पर हरियाणा के गेस्ट टीचर में भारी रोष है । जिसका खामियाजा हरियाणा सरकार को आने वाले समय में भुगतना पड़ेगा। इस बैठक में सुभाष खटाना, हंस राज, ममता रानी, कमलेश कुमारी, राजिंदर कुमारी इत्यादि गेस्ट टीचर मौजूद
