बरेली :- थाना इज्जतनगर क्षेत्र के कर्मचारी नगर निवासी आशीष शर्मा 29 फरवरी को किसी काम से अपने घर से मोटर साइकिल से निकले थे शाम तक घर नहीं पहुँचने पर परिवार वालों ने तलाश शुरू की लेकिन कहीं कुछ पता नहीं लगा। परेशान होकर 1 मार्च को गुमशुदा होने की सूचना थाना इज्जतनगर में दर्ज कराई। सूचना पर पुलिस ने जाँच शुरू कर दी। दो मार्च को गुमशुदा आशीष शर्मा के ससुर सुभाष चंद्र व अन्य परिजनों ने परिचित कविता के घर पर तलाश की तो कविता के घर ताला लगा हुआ पाया। घर के आस पास देखा तो घर के पीछे खाली पड़ी जमीन में ताजा मिटटी खुदी हुई थी और पुआल पड़ा था शक होने पर मिट्टी हटा कर देखा तो आशीष का शव दबा हुआ मिला। जिसके सम्बंध में मृतक आशीष के ससुर ने आरोपी कविता, स्वेता, चिराग अग्रवाल और फैजी के खिलाफ तहरीर दी। पुलिस ने तहरीर दर्ज कर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आशीष की हत्या गला दबाकर होना पाया गया। जिसके आधार पर थाना इज्जतनगर पुलिस और सर्विलांस टीम ने रात्रि लगभग 5 बजे आरोपी कविता और उसके बेटे चिराग अग्रवाल को विलयधाम के पास से गिरफ्तार कर पूरे घटनाक्रम का खुलासा कर दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर हत्या में प्रयुक्त आलाकत्ल सूती नाड़ा, गड्ढा खोदने में प्रयुक्त खुर्पी, फावड़ा और मृतक की मोटरसाइकिल को बरामद कर लिया। मृतक आशीष की हत्या आरोपी कविता की बेटी स्वेता से बात करना और जबरदस्ती वीडियो कॉलिंग वात करने के मना करने पर लड़ाई झगड़ा करने को लेकर की गई थी।
