निर्वाचन संबंधी अंतरप्रांतीय समन्वय बैठक संपन्न
छिन्दवाडा/ 13 मार्च 2019/ लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2019 एवं विधानसभा उप निर्वाचन 2019 को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न कराने के लिये आज रेमंड गेस्ट हाउस सौंसर में मध्यप्रदेश और महाराष्ट्र राज्यों के सीमा क्षेत्रों के संबंध में दोनो राज्यों के अधिकारियों की अंतरप्रांतीय समन्वय बैठक संपन्न हुई । बैठक में छिंदवाड़ा व नागपुर के कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी, नागपुर, अमरावती व छिंदवाड़ा रेंज के डी.आई.जी., पुलिस अधीक्षक, अपर कलेक्टर, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक व संबंधित क्षेत्र के राजस्व अनुविभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे ।
बैठक में मध्यप्रदेश-महाराष्ट्र बार्डर से लगे थानों, विधानसभा क्षेत्र व सीमा से लगे हुये मतदान केंद्रों के संबंध में जानकारी देते हुये मतदान के दिन व उससे पूर्व उस क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब, नगदी व अन्य वस्तुयें जिससे मतदाताओं को किसी एक पक्ष पर प्रभावित किया जा सकता है, पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जायेगी । दोनो राज्यों के सीमा के अधिकारियों द्वारा आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2019 एवं विधानसभा उप निर्वाचन 2019 को शांति पूर्ण व स्वतंत्र तथा निष्पक्ष संपन्न करने के लिये अपनी प्रतिबध्दता जाहिर की गई। इस दौरान आपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के व्यक्ति जो सूचीबध्द हैं, उन पर विशेष निगरानी रखने को कहा गया तथा नागपुर व छिंदवाड़ा के आपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के व्यक्तियों की जानकारी से एक दूसरे से आदान प्रदान किया गया और निर्वाचन को सुचारू रूप से संपादित करने के लिये जगह-जगह व प्रमुख नाको पर सी.सी.टी.व्ही. कैमरे व वाट्सअप ग्रुप बनाने को कहा गया । बैठक में क्रिटिकल और वल्लरेबल मतदान केंद्रों के संबंध में भी चर्चा की गई । बैठक में संबंधित अनुविभाग के एस.डी.एम. व थाना प्रभारी द्वारा भी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों के संबंध में जानकारी देकर आवश्यक व्यवस्था पर चर्चा की गई। इसके साथ ही निर्वाचन को सुचारू व शांति पूर्ण संपन्न करने के लिये सभी आवश्यक उपाय किये जायेंगे।

राज्य शासन ने भिण्ड और पन्ना जिलों के प्रभारी जिला आबकारी अधिकारियों आर.एस.मिश्रा तथा इन्द्रजीत सिंह चौहान को निलंबित कर दिया है। मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा लोक सभा चुनाव-2019 के सिलसिले में ली गई आबकारी विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान उपरोक्त अधिकारियों द्वारा अवैध शराब को लेकर अपेक्षित कार्यवाही के प्रति लापरवाही बरते जाने की बात सामने आई थी। इसके मद्देनजर संबंधित अधिकारियों के निलंबन की कार्यवाही की गई है। निलबंन अवधि में आर.एस. मिश्रा का मुख्यालय संभागीय उड़नदस्ता कार्यालय ग्वालियर तथा इन्द्रजीत सिंह चौहान का मुख्यालय संभागीय उड़नदस्ता कार्यालय सागर निर्धारित किया गया है।
