कोलकाता ; ‘जो डरते हैं, वो मरते हैं’… पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्र की बीजेपी सरकार पर जमकर हल्ला बोला। ममता ने देश के सभी विपक्षी मुख्यमंत्रियों और सीनियर नेताओं से केंद्र के ‘तानाशाही रवैये’ के खिलाफ बिना डरे आवाज बुलंद करने की अपील करते हुए बॉलिवुड की मशहूर फिल्म ‘शोले’ के डायलॉग का इस्तेमाल किया।
ममता ने मुख्य सचिव अलपन बंदोपाध्याय को लेकर जारी तनातनी के मसले पर सोमवार को प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी की अगुवाई वाली केंद्र सरकार पर संघीय व्यवस्था और ब्यूरोक्रेसी को तबाह करने की कोशिश का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा, ‘हम उनकी धमकियों से डरने वाले नहीं हैं। बंगाल ने कभी हारना नहीं सीखा है। हम हमेशा सिर ऊंचा करके ही चलेंगे।’उन्होंने देश के प्रमुख विपक्षी नेताओं से अपील करते हुए कहा, ‘मैं विपक्षी मुख्यमंत्रियों और सीनियर नेताओं से एक साथ आकर आवाज उठाने की अपील करती हूं। केंद्र और राज्य के बीच हमेशा से ही एक लक्ष्मण रेखा रही है। जवाहरलाल नेहरू और बी.आर. आंबेडकर ने इस पर जोर दिया था। सरकारिया आयोग के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से भी हरी झंडी मिली थी। सलाह-मशविरे की प्रक्रिया होती है।”तानाशाहों से की मोदी-शाह की तुलना’
ममता ने स्वामी विवेकानंद और गुरु रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर के विचारों को रखा। साथ ही कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह हिटलर, स्टालिन जैसे तानाशाहों की तरह व्यवहार कर रहे हैं। ममता ने कहा, ‘केंद्र सरकार यह सब करके कोविड मैनेजमेंट, अर्थव्यवस्था, कृषि समस्या जैसे जरूरी मुद्दों से ध्यान भटकाना चाहती है।’
केंद्र और ममता के बीच जारी है रस्साकसी
केंद्र सरकार और मुख्‍यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के बीच जारी रस्‍साकसी के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्य सचिव अलपन बंदोपाध्याय ने सोमवार को रिटायरमेंट ले लिया। 31 मई को ही उनका कार्यकाल समाप्त हो रहा था जो तीन महीनों के लिए बढ़ाया गया था। उन्हें केंद्र सरकार ने वापस बुला लिया था, लेकिन वे नहीं गए। अब ममता बनर्जी ने उन्हें अपना विशेष सलाहकार नियुक्त किया है। वह अगले तीन साल तक इस पद पर रहेंगे। वहीं, अपर मुख्य सचिव गृह एच.के. द्विवेदी को बंगाल का नया मुख्‍य सचिव बनाया गया है।
