उपायुक्त अनीश यादव ने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार लगातार हरियाणा में डिजिटलाइजेशन को बढावा दे रहीं है ताकि हरियाणा को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त बनाया जा सके क्योंकि अगर आप ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते है तो उस आवेदन को आप ऑनलाइन ही ट्रेक कर पाते है और लोगों के काम भी जल्दी हो जाते हैं।
डीसी ने कहा कि हरियाणा में जब लोगों को योजनाओं को लाभ ऑफलाइन माध्यम से दिया जाता था तो उस समय लोगों को हर कार्य के लिए सरकार दफ्तरों में चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे, जिससे लोगों को समय व धन दोनो का नुकसान होता था। लेकिन वर्तमान समय में ऐसा नहीं है अब व्यक्ति को किसी भी योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों में नहीं जाना पड़ता। व्यक्ति ऑनलाइन माध्यम से अपने आवेदन को जमा करवा सकता है। सरकार द्वारा हर गांव में अटल सेवा केंद्र खोले गए हैं जिसके माध्यम से गांव के लोग ऑनलाईन अपना आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि हाल ही में हरियाणा सरकार डिजिटलाइजेशन की दिशा में जनहित में सार्थक कदम बढ़ाते हुए सूचना का अधिकार के तहत सूचना प्राप्त करने वालों के लिए पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में ऑनलाइन आरटीआई पोर्टल लांच किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि आरटीआई पोर्टल पर प्रथम अपील के रूप में एसपीआईओ द्वारा जानकारी डाली जाएगी और द्वितीय अपील के रूप में राज्य सूचना आयुक्त कार्यालय द्वारा सुनवाई की जाएगी। पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में इस पोर्टल को मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय व हरियाणा राज्य सूचना आयुक्त कार्यालय से जोड़ा गया है। कोई भी व्यक्ति पोर्टल द्धह्लह्लश्च://ह्म्ह्लद्बद्धड्डह्म्4ड्डठ्ठड्ड.द्दश1.द्बठ्ठ लॉग इन कर पंजीकरण कर सकता है। इसके लिए उसके मोबाइल पर ओटीपी आएगा। किसी भी विभाग से सूचना प्राप्त करने के लिए वह अपनी जानकारी इस पोर्टल पर डाल सकता है और संबंधित विभाग के राज्य जन सूचना अधिकारी (एसपीआईओ) द्वारा मांगी गई सूचना ऑनलाइन ही पोर्टल पर अपलोड की जाएगी।
