मल्लावां/हरदोई – ब्लॉक के अंतर्गत ग्राम सभा तेजीपुर में बनी अस्थाई गौशाला में पत्रकारों की टीम ने मौके पर जाकर निरीक्षण किया तो वहां की दुर्दशा देखकर आंखों में आंसू आ गए। गौशाला के अंदर लेबर मिस्त्री का कार्य कर रहे लोगों से जब पूछा गया यहां के चौकीदार कौन है तो बताया गया 5 दिन से कोई भी चौकीदार यहां नहीं आया है, जबकि तीन चौकीदार है। उन्होंने बताया, 1 दिन पहले मरे हुए दो जानवरों को गौशाला की खंती में डाला गया है।जबकि मौके पर दो जानवर मृत पड़े हुए थे।
जिसमें एक जानवर करीब 10 दिन से मरा हुआ पड़ा था। लगभग 100 के आसपास गौशाला के अंदर गाय थी। उनकी खाने की व्यवस्था चौरही में सूखा चारा पड़ा हुआ था। ना तो हरा चारा था और ना ही दाने की व्यवस्था थी। मौजूद लोगों ने मर रही गायों की हत्या का सरकार और उनके नुमाइंदों को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। जब पूछा गया कि क्या कोई डॉक्टर यहां पर आते हैं तो बताया गया डॉक्टर आए थे।
उनका भी कहना है,कि अकेले मैं क्या कर सकता हूं, यह पूरे सिस्टम की कमी है।गौशाला के अंदर चारों तरफ गंदगी का अंबार लगा हुआ है।भूखी प्यासी गायों की दुर्दशा को देखकर एक बारगी तो ऐसा ही लगता है कि इनको इस कैदखाने से मुक्ति मिलनी चाहिए,जहां रह रहकर इन्हें मरना पड़ रहा हो।
