धनबाद : शान-ओ-शौकत की जिंदगी ने चार लोगों को जेल पहुंचा दिया. ये सभी साइबर क्रिमिनल थे. जामताड़ा और गिरिडीह के इन साइबर क्रिमिनल्स को धनबाद जिला के धैया से गिरफ्तार किया गया. धनबाद साइबर पुलिस ने दो दिन पहले धैया वृंदावन अपार्टमेंट के फ्लैट नंबर 4सी से चार साइबर अपराधियों को पकड़ा. इनमें तीन जामताड़ा के रहने वाले हैं, तो एक गिरिडीह का.

जामताड़ा जिला के करमाटांड़ सियाटांड़ निवासी शंभू नाथ मंडल, रोहित कुमार मंडल, महेशपुर निवासी प्रद्युम्न मंडल व गिरिडीह जिला के अहिल्यापुर थाना क्षेत्र के पंचनटांड़ निवासी अभिषेक कुमार को पकड़ा गया है. अजय मंडल फरार है. इनकी गिरफ्तारी के बाद सिटी एसपी आर राम कुमार अपने कार्यालय में पत्रकारों को बताया कि वृंदावन अपार्टमेंट का फ्लैट गिरफ्तार अपराधियों में एक के रिश्तेदार अजय मंडल का है.

अजय मंडल साइबर अपराध में जेल जा चुका है. एक माह पहले चारों अपराधी इस फ्लैट में रहने आये थे. इनकी लग्जरी लाइफ से आसपास के लोगों को कुछ गलत की शंका हुई. किसी ने इसकी जानकारी पुलिस को दी. साइबर पुलिस ने टीम गठित कर गुरुवार को फ्लैट में छापामारी की. यहां से इन्हें पकड़ा गया.

इन लोगों के पास से पुलिस ने एक इनोवा क्रिस्टा कार, दो एप्पल आइफोन, एक एप्पल का लैपटॉप, दो बाइक, छह स्मार्टफोन व पांच विभिन्न बैंकों के एटीएम कार्ड जब्त किये. थाना लाकर इनसे पूछताछ की गयी. साइबर डीएसपी सुमित सौरभ लकड़ा सहित अन्य पुलिस पदाधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में ये खुलासे हुए.

वाट्सएप नंबर पर दें जानकारी
सिटी एसपी ने बताया कि धनबाद जिला में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस तरह की जानकारी मिलती है, तो वह 9431706390 नंबर पर वाट्सएप करके जानकारी दे सकता है. उन्होंने बताया कोई भी बैंक या मनी ट्रांजेक्शन एप्प ओटीपी नहीं मांगता. यदि ओटीपी की मांग कर रहा है, तो वह धोखेबाज है. ऐसे में आप धोखेबाजों से बचें.

ऐसे ठगी करते थे साइबर अपराधी
एसपी ने बताया कि सभी साइबर अपराधी इंटरनेट पर गूगल-पे के हेल्पलाइन नंबर नाम से अपना नंबर (ई-सिम का) डालते थे. किसी ग्राहक को गूगल पे पर परेशानी होती थी, तो वह गूगल सर्च इंजन पर हेल्पलाइन नंबर तलाशता था और उसके बाद उस दिये गये नंबर पर फोन करता था. इसके बाद साइबर ठग ग्राहकों से अधिकारी बनकर ओटीपी भी लेते थे और पैसे की निकासी या उससे खरीदारी कर लेते थे.

इसके अलावा दूसरे तरीके से भी ठगी की जाती थी. इसमें साइबर ठग ग्राहक के मोबाइल पर क्विक सपोर्ट व टीम व्यूवर एप्प डाउनलोड करने को कहते थे. उसके बाद उस व्यक्ति के मोबाइल का पूरा कंट्रोल उनके हाथ में आ जाता था. फिर वह जो चाहते थे, उस मोबाइल के जरिये कर लेते थे. संबंधित व्यक्ति को इसकी जानकारी तब होती थी, जब वह लुट चुका होता था.
