नई दिल्ली: गुजरात के नगर निकाय चुनावों में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने और सूरत महानगरपालिका में मुख्य विपक्षी पार्टी के तौर पर आम आदमी पार्टी के चुने जाने के बाद पार्टी संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल आज सूरत में रोड शो करने वाले हैं. इससे पहले सूरत पहुंचे केजरीवाल ने कहा कि पहली बार बीजेपी को किसा पार्टी ने आंख दिखाई है. उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी ने 25 सालों से गुजरात में दूसरी पार्टियों को कंट्रोल कर रखा है.
केजरीवाल ने कहा कि बीजेपी गुजरात में 25 साल से सत्ता पर काबिज है, इसलिए नहीं कि वो महान पार्टी है. उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी ने यहां लोगों को बांट रखा है और दबा रखा है. केजरीवाल दोपहर 3:30 बजे मानगढ़ चौक से आप का रोड शो शुरू करेंगे जो शाम 5:00 बजे तक तक्षिला कॉम्प्लेक्स, वारछा रोड तक चलेगा. यह रोड शो 7 किलोमीटर लंबा होगा. रोड शो के अंत में अरविंद केजरीवाल का भाषण होगा.

गुजरात निकाय चुनाव में आप की शानदार एंट्री से कांग्रेस को झटका, केजरीवाल ने जनता को कहा- थैंक्यू बता दें कि हालिया निकाय चुनावों में सूरत में AAP ने 27 सीटें जीती हैं. सूरत महानगरपालिका की कुल 120 सीटों में से बीजेपी 93 और आप ने 27 सीटें जीती हैं. 27 सीटों के साथ आप मुख्य विपक्षी पार्टी बन गई है. कांग्रेस का वहां खाता भी नहीं खुला. सूरत की जनता ने कांग्रेस को दरकिनार कर आप को मुख्य विपक्षी पार्टी बनाने में मदद की है. इसी वजह से अरविंद केजरीवाल खुद लोगों को शुक्रिया कहने आए हैं. गुजरात में अगले साल के अंत तक विधान सभा चुनाव भी होने हैं. आप की नजर उस पर भी है.
