नरसिंहपुर देशबन्धु । चतुर्थ अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री केएन अहिरवार ने सत्र क्र.213/2015 में आरोपी रज्जू उर्फ राजेन्द्र मेहरा आयु 35 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम पाला भैंसा थाना कोतवाली नरसिहपुर को धारा 302 भा.द.वि. के आरोप में आजीवन सश्रम कारावास एवं 1000 रू. के अर्थदंड,धारा 324 भा.द.वि. के आरोप में 1 वर्ष सश्रम कावारावास एवं 500 रू. के अर्थदंड तथा धारा 25 आयुध अधि. के अपराध में 1 वर्ष का सश्रम कारावास तथा 500 रू. के अर्थदंड से दंडित किये जाने का दंडादेश पारित किया । इस मामले में आरोपी ने मृतक हाकम सिंह ठाकुर को उधार मुर्गा देने से मना कर दिया था, बात बढ़ने पर आरोपी राजेन्द्र मेहरा ने मुर्गा काटने वाले चाकू से हाकम ठाकुर की हत्या कर दी। अभियोजन की और से पैरवी लोक अभियोजक चित्रंाश विष्णु श्रीवास्तव ने की। देशबन्धु…
