भुवनेश्वर। ओडिशा के मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को एक पत्र लिखा है। चक्रवात फणि से प्रभावित 14 जिलों के अलावा राज्य के अन्य 16 जिलों के लिए आवास प्लस मोबाइल एप खोलने का अनुरोध किया है। इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में ओडिशा के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा आठ लाख 17 हजार आवास बनाने का लक्ष्य रखे जाने पर प्रधानमंत्री को धन्यवाद दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने केवल 14 चक्रवात फणि प्रभावित जिलों के लिए आवास प्लस मोबाइल एप को कार्यकारी किया है। इससे ओडिशा के 16 जिले वंचित हैं। इन वंचित 16 जिलों में से कुछ जिले अति पिछड़े हैं, जबकि कुछ आदिवासी बहुल जिले हैं। इन जिलों के लिए भी योजना होने पर सबको घर मिल पाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने पत्र के जरिये इन 16 जिलों में भी छह लाख आवास देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री से अनुरोध किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने पिछले साल 15 दिसंबर को भी प्रधानमंत्री को इस संदर्भ में पत्र लिखा था।
गौरतलब है कि देव स्नान पूर्णिमा के मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने गुरुवार को दुग्ध उत्पादन करने वाले किसानों के लिए सहायता राशि की घोषणा की है। यह सहायता राशि प्रत्येक दुग्ध उत्पादन करने लासे किसानों को गो खाद्य खर्च के बाबत सर्वाधिक छह हजार रुपये तक दी जाएगी। इसके लिए सरकार 11 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करेगी और इससे एक लाख 20 हजार दुग्ध किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा। यह घोषणा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड महामारी में ओडिशा के साथ पूरी दुनिया की अर्थ व्यवस्था प्रभावित हुई है। अर्थनीति प्राय: सभी क्षेत्र में मंदी से गुजर रही है। ऐसे समय में केवल किसान व इससे जुड़े क्षेत्र ही हमें संजीवनी की तरह शक्ति दे रहे हैं। लॉकडाउन व शटडाउन के समय हमारे किसान भाई जिस प्रकार से साहस के साथ अपना कार्य जारी रखे हैं, वह प्रशंसनीय है।
