अखिलेश यादव ने आज झांसी, हमीरपुर, समेत अन्य जिलों की विधान सभाओं में आयोजित कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित किया। उन्होंने समाजवादी पार्टी गठबंधन के प्रत्याशियों को जिताने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि पहले चरण में जनता ने सपा-रालोद गठबंधन के पक्ष में ऐतिहासिक मतदान किया। दूसरे चरण में उससे भी बढ़कर शत-प्रतिशत मतदान किया है। बुन्देलखण्ड की जनता ने हमेशा समाजवादियों का साथ दिया। भाजपा सरकार में बुन्देलखण्ड की जनता को कुछ नहीं मिला। भाजपा ने धोखा दिया।
भाजपा के नेता झूठे सपने दिखाते हैं। भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकार ने बुन्देलखण्ड की जनता को बहुत निराश किया है। बाबा मुख्यमंत्री को रात भर नींद नहीं आ रही हैं। उनके चेहरे पर आजकल 12 बजे है। यह चुनाव यूपी और नौजवानों के भविष्य, लोकतंत्र और बाबा साहब डॉ0 भीमराव अम्बेडकर द्वारा बनाये संविधान को बचाने का चुनाव है। उत्तर प्रदेश को इन झूठों से बचाना हैं इनका छोटा नेता छोटा झूठ, बड़ा नेता बड़ा झूठ बोलता है। किसानों की आय दुगुनी नहीं की। कमाई आधी महंगाई दुगनी हो गयी। महंगाई और भ्रष्टाचार में किसानों, व्यापारियों को बर्बाद कर दिया। झूठे विज्ञापन लगाकर बता रहे हैं नौकरी दे दी। लेकिन नौजवानों को नौकरी कहीं नहीं मिली। नौजवान नौकरी के लिए गया तो लाठियां मिली।
बुन्देलखण्ड में अन्ना जानवरों के लिए आया हजारों करोड़ रूपया खा गए। गौशालाएं कहां चली गयी? भाजपा ने पूरी व्यवस्था चौपट कर दिया। अन्ना पशु किसानों की फसल बर्बाद कर रहे हैं। कोरोना काल में भाजपा ने बैरीकेडिंग लगाकर मजदूरों को सीमा पर रोक दिया। आने नहीं दिया। मजदूरों को पैदल घर जाना पड़ा। कई लोगों की जान चली गयी। सरकार ने कोई मदद नहीं की। मदद के लिए समाजवादी लोग सामने आये।
भाजपा सरकार किसानों की जमीन छीनने के लिए तीन काले कानून उद्योगपतियों की मदद के लिए कानून लायी थी। 700 से ज्यादा किसान आंदोलन में शहीद हुए। भाजपा ने वोट के लिए काले कानून वापस लिए। लेकिन किसान भाजपा को माफ नहीं करेंगे। भाजपा किसानों को फसल के लिए खाद नहीं दे पायी। सरकार बनने पर किसानों को दो बोरी डीएपी और 5 बोरी यूरिया खाद देंगे। 300 यूनिट घरेलू बिजली मुफ्त दी जाएगी। सिंचाई पूरी तरह फ्री होगी। फसलों की खरीद एमएसपी पर होगी। गरीबों के इलाज के लिए अच्छे हास्पिटल बनाएंगे। यूपी डायल 100 पुलिस सेवा को और मजबूत करेंगे। भाजपा सरकार ने 100 नम्बर को 112 नम्बर करके पुलिस का कबाड़ा कर दिया।
अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री सदन में कह रहे थे गर्मी निकाल देंगे। दो चरणों में जनता ने उनकी गर्मी निकाल दी है। अब तीसरे चरण में बुन्देलखण्ड के लोग उन्हें ठण्डा कर देंगे। मुख्यमंत्री जी की गर्मी निकालने की बात कह रहे हैं। समाजवादी सरकार बनने पर नौकरियां और भर्ती निकालेंगे। भाजपा सरकार ने नौकरियों में आरक्षण के साथ भेदभाव किया है। हम सबका हक देंगे। सपा सरकार बनने पर जातिगत जनगणना करा कर सब जातियों को हक और सम्मान देंगे। तीन माह में जातिगत जनगणना कराकर बिना भेदभाव के हक और सम्मान, अधिकार देंगे। भाजपा जातिगत जनगणना नहीं कराएगी। वह दूसरों पर झूठा आरोप लगाकर आपस में लड़ाती है।
इस सरकार ने कोई उद्योग, कारखाना नहीं लगाया। कहां गया पांच लाख करोड़ का एमओयू। बुन्देलखण्ड में कहां लगे उद्योग और फैक्ट्रियां? समाजवादी सरकार बनने पर हर जिले में सैनिक स्कूल बनाएंगे। बुन्देलखण्ड में पानी की समस्या को खत्म करने के लिए कैनाल सिस्टम बनाकर मदद करेंगे। पुरानी पेंशन बहाल करेंगे। ग्यारह लाख खाली सरकारी पदों पर भर्ती करेंगे। 69 हजार शिक्षक भर्ती अभ्यर्थियों को न्याय देंगे। 22 लाख नौकरियां आईटी क्षेत्र में मिलेंगी।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि समाजवादी जो वादा करते हैं पूरा करते है। भाजपा के लोग झूठे वादे करते है। किसानों ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को बचाया है। भाजपा ने बर्बाद किया। समाजवादी सरकार बनने पर अपराधी, गुंडे, माफियाओं पर नकेल लगेगी। कानून व्यवस्था मजबूत करेंगे।
भाजपा की डबल इंजन की सरकार ने नौजवानों की नौकरियां छीनी। इस सरकार में बड़े पैमाने पर भ्रष्टाचार हुआ। 28 बैंकों का 22 हजार करोड़ रूपया लेकर भाग गए। पहले भी भागने वाले गुजरात के थे।
श्री यादव ने कहा उत्तर प्रदेश बचेगा तो देश बचेगा। जैसे-जैसे भाजपा हार की तरफ बढ़ेगी, इनकी भाषा बदलती जाएगी। उन्होंने अपील की कि मतदाता जाति-धर्म का भेदभाव मिटाकर समाजवादी गठबंधन की सरकार बनाएं। समाजवादी सरकार में सबको सम्मान और हक मिलेगा।
