बिहार के ग्रामीण इलाकों में एक तो बिजली आती कम है, दूसरी ओर स्थानीय बिजली के इनफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की स्थिति भी दयनीय है। सहायक विद्युत अभियंता का दफ्तर का कामकाज भी इस बदइंतजामी का गवाह है। जनता की शिकायतों की कोई सुनवाई समय पर नहीं हो पाती। अफसर दफ्तरों से नदारद पाये जाते हैं। पूछे जाने पर बताया जाता है कि साहब मीटिंग में गए हुए हैं।
ऐसी एक पड़ताल जिले के बिक्रमगंज प्रखण्ड के बिजली ऑफिस का नज़ारा भी निराशाजनक पाया गया। लंबे इंतज़ार के बाद भी किसी अफसर का का पता नहीं हाला सहायक विद्युत अभियंता ऑफिस में नही पाये गए। वहीं दफ्तर के बड़े बाबू भी दफ्तर से गायब थे। इधर जनता को बिजली नहीं मिलने की गंभीर समस्या देखने को मिलती है।
