 बिहार के कैमूर जिला अंतर्गत चैनपुर प्रखंड के रामगढ़ पंचायत में विकास के किरण आज भी नहीं पहुंच पाया है ग्रामीण आज भी जिल्लत की जिंदगी जीने को मजबूर हैं इस पंचायत के भालूबुढन गांव में आज तक सड़क की निर्माण नहीं किया गया है ।जिससे वहां निवास करने वाले आदिवासी वनवासियों की जिंदगी काफी संकट से गुजरता है ।वही इस पंचायत के उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बखारी देवी का जर्जर भवन होने के कारण वहां पर कोई एएनएम नहीं रहती है। जिससे पंचायत के लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सुविधा नहीं मिल पाता है। बताया जाता है कि कभी-कभार एनएम सप्ताह में 1 दिन अपना ड्यूटी करती है बाकी प्रखंड मुख्यालय या अपना घर पर ही रह कर ड्यूटी के नाम पर वेतन का उठावा करती है। चैनपुर प्रखंड के 17 पंचायतों में रामगढ़ एवं डूंमरकोन पंचायत काफी पिछड़ा हुआ पंचायत है ।रामगढ़ पंचायत में कुल 12 गांव स्थित है जो उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा से जोड़ता है। रामगढ़ उत्तर प्रदेश बॉर्डर तक पहुंचने के लिए काफी जर्जर सड़क होने के कारण लोगों को काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है ।उक्त समस्या को देखते हुए पंचायत के मुखिया पुत्र मनोज कुमार राजभर एवं भाजपा के नेता संत कुमार ने जिला प्रशासन से सड़क बनाने की मांग किया है। ताकि लोगों को आने जाने में सुगम रास्ता मिल सके। इस पंचायत में संवाददाता रामनारायण पहुंचे तो ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याओं को बताते हुए सड़क को दिखाया।
