कैमूर जिला मुख्यालय भभुआ के जिला परिवहन कार्यालय परिसर में जिला सड़क सुरक्षा समिति के तत्वधान में निशुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें कैमूर जिला के 75 वाहन चालकों का निशुल्क नेत्र की जांच सदर अस्पताल के नेत्र चिकित्सक राजू लाल एवं उनके सहयोगी द्वारा किया गया। नेत्र शिविर कैमूर डीएम डॉ नवल किशोर चौधरी के निर्देश में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी रामबाबू के नेतृत्व में संपन्न हुआ ।नेत्र शिविर को सफल बनाने में परिवहन विभाग के कर्मचारियों के अलावे इ एस आई राजीव कुमार एवं अनिल कुमार सिंह की अहम भूमिका रही ।इस मौके पर जिला सड़क सुरक्षा समिति द्वारा रोड सेफ्टी के विषय में कई बिंदुओं पर चालकों को प्रकाश भी डाला गया ।जिसमें समान गलतियों को जानकर ड्राइवरिंग सुधारें ,पैदल यात्रियों के लिए सुरक्षा सुझाव ,साइकिल चालकों के लिए सुरक्षा सुझाव, स्कूल बस के लिए सुरक्षा सुझाव, पार्किंग करने के सही तरीके को विषय में जानकारी ,कठिन परिस्थितियों में ड्राइवरिंग ,पहाड़ पर ड्राइवरिंग, रात में ड्राइवरीग, वर्षा के दौरान ड्राइवरिंग ,लेन ड्राइवरिंग सुझाव ,शराब पीकर गाड़ी नहीं चलाने की सुझाव ,एक अच्छे वाहन चालक का गुण ,सड़क सुरक्षा के तथ्य, आदि विषयों पर प्रकाश डाला गया , नेत्र शिविर मैं उपस्थित लोगों को जिला सड़क सुरक्षा समिति द्वारा नियम कानूनों का हैंड बिल पर्चा भी वितरण किया गया।
