समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव ने आज बलरामपुर, सिद्धार्थनगर, महाराजगंज तथा गोरखपुर में चुनावी जनसभाओं को सम्बोधित किया और जनता से समाजवादी गठबंधन के प्रत्याशियों को जिताने की पुरजोर अपील की। उन्होंने कहा भाजपा झूठ पार्टी है। उसने अपना एक भी वादा पूरा नहीं किया है। किसान, नौजवान, व्यापारी सभी उसके उत्पीड़न के शिकार हैं। इनसे सावधान रहने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले चरण से ही भाजपा पर समाजवादी पार्टी गठबंधन ने बढ़त बना ली है। भाजपा का खाता अब खुलने वाला नहीं है। जैसे काका (काले कानून) चले गये, वैसे ही बाबा को भी जाना होगा।
अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि प्रदेश की जनता भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकार की पटरियां उखाड़ रही है। भाजपा ने जनता से बहुत झूठ बोला है। भाजपा ने कहा था नोटबंदी से भ्रष्टाचार खत्म हो जाएगा। लेकिन इस सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ गया। भाजपा सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार और महंगाई डबल हो गयी। किसानों, मजदूरों, नौजवानों को धोखा दिया। कोरोना काल में भाजपा ने जनता को अनाथ छोड़ा। मजदूरों को पैदल चलने पर विवश कर दिया। उनकी भाजपा सरकार ने कोई मदद नहीं की। भाजपा सरकार के गलत फैसलों से बहुत लोग अपनी जानें गवां दिए। कोरोना काल में दवा, आक्सीजन और बेड की व्यवस्था नही की। तड़प-तड़प कर लोगों की जानें गयी। जनता भाजपा को माफ नहीं करेगी।
भाजपा के सभी नेता झूठ बोल रहे हैं। छोटा नेता छोटा झूठ बड़ा नेता बड़ा झूठ बोल रहा है। गरीबों को हवाई जहाज में उड़ने का सपना दिखाया गया था सरकार आते ही हवाई जहाज हवाई, अड्डा, रेल और रेलवे की जमीन सब बेच दिया। जब-सब कुछ बिक जाएगा तो नौजवानों को नौकरी आरक्षण कैसे मिलेगा। भाजपा के लोगों से सावधान रहिए। भाजपा ने हर वर्ग को ठगा है। जीएसटी लगाकर व्यापार चौपट कर दिया। भाजपा सरकार के फैसलों से अर्थव्यवस्था बर्बाद हो गयी। नौकरी रोजगार खत्म हो गया। किसानों को खाद नहीं मिली। धान और अन्य फसलों की कीमत नहीं मिली। धान की लूट हो गयी।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि सपा सरकार बनने पर सभी फसलों की खरीद एमएसपी पर होगी। गन्ना किसानों का भुगतान 15 दिन में होगा। सिंचाई के लिए बिजली मुफ्त देंगे। डीजल-पेट्रोल, गैस सिलेण्डर, सरसों का तेल बहुत महंगा हो गया। यह सरकार गरीबों की जेब काट कर अमीरों की तिजोरी भर रही है।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि हमारे किसान बैंक से कर्ज लेते हैं अगर कर्ज वापस करने में देरी हो जाए तो किसानों को सरकार प्रताड़ित करती है लेकिन एक उद्योगपति 28 बैंकों का 23 हजार करोड़ रूपया लेकर फरार हो गया। इससे पहले भी इस सरकार में उद्योगपति बैंकों से पैसा लेकर फरार हो गए थे।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि किसान रात भर जागकर अपनी फसल की रखवाली करने पर मजबूर है। किसान महंगी खाद और महंगा डीजल लगाकर फसल तैयार करता है लेकिन छुट्टा जानवरों से फसल बर्बाद हो रही है। इसके लिए भाजपा सरकार जिम्मेदार है। बाबा मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं बर्बाद कर दी। सपा सरकार बनने पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुधारेंगे। एम्बूलेंस सेवा दुगुना करेंगे। भाजपा ने पुलिस का का कबाड़ा कर दिया। यूपी में पुलिस हिरासत में सबसे ज्यादा मौतें हुई हैं। जनता के साथ बहुत अन्याय अत्याचार हुआ है। प्रदेश में सरकारी विभागों में 11 लाख पद खाली हैं।
अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री गर्मी निकलने की बात कर रहे हैं हम नौकरी निकालेंगे। सपा सरकार में बीएड, टीईटी, शिक्षामित्र, अनुदेशक, रोजगार सेवक सबकी मदद करेंगे। भाजपा सरकार सब कुछ आउटसोर्स कर रही है। सपा सरकार समयबद्ध तरीके से आउटसोर्स व्यवस्था खत्म करेगी। कर्मचारियों की पुरानी पेंशन बहाल करेगी। जातीय जनगणना कराएंगे। बाबा मुख्यमंत्री ने बिजली का कारखाना नहीं लगाया लेकिन बिजली की कीमत बहुत बढ़ा दी है। सपा सरकार 300 यूनिट बिजली मुफ्त देगी। प्रदेश में महंगाई बेरोजगारी और किसानों की बर्बादी को लेकर भाजपा सरकार के खिलाफ 440 बोल्ट का करंट है।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि यह लोकतंत्र और संविधान बचाने का चुनाव है। हर वर्ग भाजपा सरकार के खिलाफ सपा के समर्थन में खड़ा है। भाजपा ने तीन काले कृषि कानून बनाए थे उसके खिलाफ आंदोलन में सात सौ से ज्यादा किसान शहीद हो गए। भाजपा ने किसानों के साथ अन्याय, अत्याचार किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री योगी होकर झूठ बोलते हैं ये कहां मुंह दिखाएंगे।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि माताओं बहनों को महीने में 15 सौ रुपये पेंशन में मिलेंगे। कन्या विद्याधन के रूप में 36 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे। महिलाओं को 33 फीसदी आरक्षण दिया जाएगा। लड़कियों की केजी से पीजी तक शिक्षा मुफ्त होगी। गरीबों को पांच साल तक मुफ्त राशन देंगे। भाजपा सरकार ने सपा नेताओं पर झूठे मुकदमें लगवाकर अत्याचार किया हैं।
अखिलेश यादव ने कहा उन्हें बाबा जी दंगेश बताते है। वे अपना चेहरा शीशे में देख लें तो उन्हें पता चल जाएगा कि दंगेश कौन है? बस आईने में देखते वक्त धुआं न उड़ाएं उन्हें सच्चाई पता चल जाएगी। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि प्रदेश में खुशहाली, रोजगार की व्यवस्था और लोकतंत्र तथा संविधान को चबाने के लिए समाजवादी गठबंधन को बहुमत से विजयी बनाएं।
