रांची : राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की 566 बैकलॉग रिक्ति पर नियुक्ति के बाद अब 1232 रिक्त पदों पर नियमित नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया भी झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (जेपीएससी) द्वारा शुरू की जा रही है. आयोग द्वारा पूर्व में मंगाये आवेदन के आधार पर 552 असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के रिक्त पदों के लिए इंटरव्यू लेने के साथ-साथ 680 नये रिक्त पदों पर भी जनवरी 2021 में नियमित नियुक्ति से संबंधित विज्ञापन जारी किये जाने की संभावना है.
आयोग द्वारा विवि में नियमित नियुक्ति के 552 रिक्त पदों पर 15 जनवरी 2019 से लगी रोक लगी हुई है. विवि द्वारा अायोग को पूर्व में भेजे गये रीडर व प्रोफेसर की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शीघ्र आरंभ की जायेगी. जानकारी के अनुसार, आयोग ने उक्त रिक्ति से संबंध में कार्मिक से कुछ जानकारी मांगी थी, जिसका जवाब कार्मिक ने भेज दिया है. इधर, राज्य के अन्य विवि ने नयी रिक्ति से संबंधित प्रस्ताव भी रोस्टर क्लियरेंस के लिए उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय को भेज दिया है.
निदेशालय द्वारा इसे कार्मिक के पास अंतिम स्वीकृति के लिए भेजा है. इसमें रक्षा शक्ति विवि में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति का रोस्टर क्लियरेंस हो गया है. जबकि अन्य विवि का रोस्टर क्लियरेंस भी शीघ्र हो जाने की संभावना है. इसके बाद उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा लगभग 680 रिक्त पदों पर नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए जेपीएससी के पास अधियाचना (प्रस्ताव) भेजी जायेगी. प्रस्ताव मिलते ही आयोग द्वारा इस नियुक्ति से संबंधित विज्ञापन भी जनवरी 2021 में जारी कर दिये जाने की संभावना है.
आठ विवि में 2030 पद रिक्त
उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि राज्य के आठ विवि में कुल 3732 स्वीकृत पद के विरुद्ध 2030 पद रिक्त हैं. इसमें 1350 रिक्त पदों (असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, रीडर व प्रोफेसर) पर आयोग द्वारा नियुक्ति प्रक्रियाधीन है. उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य के विवि में अब तक वर्ष 1981, 1996 (संयुक्त बिहार) व 2008 (झारखंड) में शिक्षकों की नियमित नियुक्ति हो पायी है. उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ने जनवरी में नियुक्ति विज्ञापन के साथ जून 2021 में इंटरव्यू की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने व जुलाई 2021 तक चयनित शिक्षकों के पदस्थापन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है.
