राची: झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार की ओर से संविधान दिवस पर सíवस लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसमें कुल 25 हजार से ज्यादा मामलों के निपटारे का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। साथ ही करीब एक हजार करोड़ रुपये की बकाया राशि का भुगतान होगा। इस दौरान राज्य के सभी विभागों में सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ, मेडिकल क्लेम सहित अन्य बकाया राशि के भुगतान के मामलों की सुनवाई होगी। इसी तरह राज्य के सभी विश्वविद्यालय, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम एचईसी, बीसीसीएल, सीसीएल, ईसीएल के मामलों की भी सुनवाई होनी है। इस दौरान एचईसी के 2200 ऐसे मामले हैं जिनमें बकाया भुगतान लंबित है। वहीं सीसीएल में आठ हजार मामले हैं जिनमें सेवानिवृत्ति सहित अन्य भुगतान का बकाया है। हालाकि इसमें ऐसे मामले हैं जिन्हें अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी दी जानी है, आज सीसीएल की ओर से नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपा जाएगा। कोरोना संक्रमण को देखते हुए वर्चुअल मोड में ही लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया है। इसके लिए कुल 5 बेंच बनाई गई है। जिन्हें अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी दी जानी है उनमें से कुछ लोगों को साकेतिक रूप से नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपा जाएगा। झालसा का होगा एप लांच संविधान दिवस पर झालसा की ओर से सबके लिए न्याय सर्व सुलभ हो, इसके लिए एक मोबाइल एप बनाया गया है। इसकी लांचिंग राज्य की राज्यपाल द्रौपदी मुर्मू और मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की मौजूदगी में होगी। कार्यक्रम वर्चुअल मोड में ही होगा। हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस डा रवि रंजन सहित सभी जज कार्यक्रम में मौजूद रहेंगे। एप के बारे में बता दें कि अब आप किसी भी निचली अदालत में लंबित मामले या उन अदालतों से अगर किसी को नोटिस मिला है तो एप में उस नोटिस और अपने आवेदन को अपलोड कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद आपको कानूनी सहायता भी मिलेगी। अगर आपने इस मामले में अधिवक्ता की माग की है तो तुरंत आपको मुफ्त अधिवक्ता भी उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। साथ ही हर समय आप इस एप के जरिए अपने मुकदमे में हुए अपडेट की जानकारी भी ले सकते हैं। इसी तरह झालसा के नए वेब पोर्टल भी लाच किया जाएगा।(UNA)
