राजस्थान की अशोक गहलोत सरकार ने राज्य के किसानों के लिए बड़ा ऐलान किया है. सरकार ने ऐलान किया है कि किसानों को जल्द ही 1000 रुपए महीना बिजली बिल अनुदान के रूप में सीधे अकाउंट में ही दिए जाएंगे. इस तरह किसानों को 12000 रुपए सालाना (12000 yearly subsidy on electricity bill for farmers) देने का ऐलान किया गया है. सीएम गहलोत ने कहा कि पहले किसानों को बिजली बिल पर 833 रुपए महीने अनुदान बैंक खाते में देना शुरू करने की योजना थी लेकिन ये ठीक से लागू नहीं हो पायी.
गहलोत ने आगे कहा कि ये सुविधा राज्य का कोई भी किसान ले सकता है बशर्ते उसके यहां मीटर लगा हो और बिजली का बिल आता हो. उन्होंने आगे कहा कि बीजेपी ने 10000 देने की बात कही थी लेकिन हम अब 12000 रुपए सालाना देंगे. जिन किसानों का बिल मीटरिंग से आता है उन्हें 833 रुपए की जगह 1000 रुपए तक प्रतिमाह एवं अधिकतम 10,000 रुपए की जगह 12,000 रुपए तक प्रतिवर्ष उनके बैंक खातों में डाले जाएंगे.
गहलोत के अनुसार उन्होंने बुधवार को विधानसभा में पेश बजट में यह प्रस्ताव किया है. उन्होंने बृहस्पतिवार को ट्वीट किया, ‘पूर्ववर्ती भाजपा सरकार ने 2018 के विधानसभा चुनाव की आचार संहिता लगने से एक दिन पहले राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए किसानों को बिजली बिल पर 833 रुपये महीने अनुदान बैंक खाते में देना शुरू किया लेकिन इसकी कोई योजना नहीं बनाई और ना ही कोई वित्तीय प्रावधान किया था.’
उन्होंने आगे लिखा- ‘हमारी सरकार ने महसूस किया कि किसान ऐसी मांग कर रहे हैं इसलिए मैंने बजट में घोषणा की है कि जिन किसानों का बिल मीटर के आधार पर आता है उन्हें 833 रुपये की जगह 1,000 रुपये तक प्रतिमाह एवं अधिकतम 10,000 रुपये की जगह 12,000 रुपये तक प्रतिवर्ष उनके बैंक खातों में डाले जाएंगे.’ बता दें कि बजट के बाद बीजेपी के नेताओं ने गहलोत का मजाक उड़ाते हुए कहा था कि गहलोत सरकार ने सिर्फ योजनाओं का ऐलान किया है, इससे किसान को सीधा कोई फायदा नहीं है.
