राजस्थान सरकार के ऊपर से सियासी संकट कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा। भले ही सचिन पायलट की वापसी हो गई हो और गहलोत सरकार का संकट टल गया हो, लेकिन इस दौरान फोन टैपिंग का मामला विधानसभा में भी गूंजने वाला है। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत बहुमत परीक्षण के दौरान कह चुके हैं कि सरकार ने किसी विधायक का फोन टेप नहीं करवाया है, लेकिन विपक्ष अब इस मुद्दे को विधानसभा में उछालने की तैयारी में दिख रहा है। विधानसभा के मौजूदा सत्र के लिए गृह विभाग से जो सवाल पूछे गए हैं उनमें फोन टैपिंग भी शामिल है। भाजपा को उम्मीद है कि इस मुद्दे को लेकर वह कांग्रेस के लिए परेशानी खड़ी कर सकती है। फोन टैपिंग के तीन ऑडियो हुए थे वायरल- भाजपा के वरिष्ठ विधायक कालीचरण सराफ ने सरकार से सवाल किया है कि पिछले दिनों फोन टैपिंग के कितने मामले सामने आए, और किस कानून व आदेश के तहत यह कार्रवाई की गई? गौरतलब है कि राजस्थान की सरकार जब सियासी संकट का सामना कर रही थी तब फोन टैपिंग के तीन ऑडियो वायरल हुए थे। इन ऑडियो के लिए गहलोत गुट का दावा था कि इनमें भंवरलाल शर्मा, गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत और विश्वेंद्र सिंह की आवाज थी। जिसे भाजपा ने मुद्दा बनाया और सरकार पर विधायकों की फोन टैपिंग का आरोप लगाया।
गहलोत सरकार कर रही खंडन- भाजपा के इस आरोप का राज्य सरकार खंडन करती रही। इन सबके अलावा कुछ दिनों बाद सोशल मीडिया पर एक और सूची वायरल हुई जिसमें भाजपा का आरोप था कि गहलोत सरकार बाड़ाबंदी में भी अपने विधायकों के फोन सर्विलांस पर रख रही है। हालांकि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने इन सभी आरोपों को नकार दिया। इसी के साथ फोन टैपिंग के मामले में राज्य सरकार पहले ही केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय को भी अपना जवाब भेज चुकी है और केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से भी अब तक सरकार के जवाब को लेकर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं आई है।(UNA)
