रोहतास जिला अंतर्गत चेनारी प्रखंड के उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय मल्हर कला पक्की सड़क से नहीं जुड़ने के कारण विद्यालय तक पहुंचने में छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ साथ शिक्षक एवं अभिभावकों को काफी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है ।बता दें कि इस विद्यालय को पक्की सड़क से जोड़ने के लिए मात्र 400 फीट रोड का निर्माण मेन रोड से करना है। परंतु विद्यालय के स्थापना के कई वर्ष गुजरने के बाद भी विद्यालय को मेन सड़क से नहीं जोड़ा गया। इस क्षेत्र के मुखिया ,बीडीसी, प्रमुख ,विधायक, सांसद की नजर अभी तक
विद्यालय पर नहीं पडी है। जबकि इस विद्यालय के निर्माण के लिए गांव के स्वर्गीय बंशीधर पांडे 29 डिसमिल भूमि, स्वर्गीय आदित्य पांडे 11 डिसमिल भूमि ,एवं स्वर्गीय रामधन पांडे अपनी निजी भूमि दानदाता के रूप में विद्यालय के लिए दिया है। जिस पर भव्य भवन का निर्माण हो चुका है ।इस विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक नसीम अंसारी कहते हैं कि मुख्य सड़क से पथ बनाने की मांग उच्च पदाधिकारी से किया गया है। और करते भी रहते हैं। जबकि मुख्य सड़क से एवं विद्यालय के अगल-बगल जिला पार्षद की भूमि अवस्थित है ।जहां पर गांव के कुछ लोग द्वारा अवैध कब्जा कर खेती करते हैं ।जिससे पूरा विद्यालय के विधि व्यवस्था प्रभावित होता है ।बता दें कि इस विद्यालय के प्रांगण में वर्षा के दिनों में जलजमाव हो जाता है ।जलजमाव की समस्या को ना प्रधानाध्यापक ही देखतेहै।ना जनप्रतिनिधि का ध्यान आकृष्ट होता हैं। जिससे बच्चों को काफी दिक्कत होता है ।जब इस गांव में यू एन ए का कैमूर रोहतास टीम पहुंचा तो ग्रामीणों ने एकजुटता के साथ विद्यालय के समस्याओं के बारे में अवगत कराया ,दानदाता के पुत्र सिपाही पांडे, राजवंश पांडे ,ललिता पांडे आज भी विद्यालय के दुर्दशा देख विद्यालय के भविष्य सवारने के लिए प्रखंड एवं जिला के आला अधिकारी से गुहार लगाते है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस विद्यालय में 6 गांव के बच्चे पठन-पाठन करने आते हैं यह विद्यालय इस इलाका के लिए आदर्श विद्यालय के रूप में माना जाता है ।जहां पर बच्चे काफी संख्या में पठन-पाठन करने आते हैं किंतु सरकार के उपेक्षित रवैए के कारण यह विद्यालय अपने बदहाली पर आंसू बहा रहा है विद्यालय परिसर में जुट कर ग्रामीण अपनी समस्या को संवाददाता को बताते हैं विद्यालय परिसर में वर्षा के दिनों में जलजमाव की समस्या से छात्र परेशान हो जाते हैं जहां पर मच्छरों का प्रकोप बढ़ जाता है जलजमाव की समस्या से डेंगू बुखार आदि बीमारी से बच्चे प्रभावित होने लगते हैं विद्यालय के शौचालय की स्थिति ठीक-ठाक नहीं थी शौचालय जर्जर स्थिति में पड़ा हुआ है
