विदेश मंत्रालय की तरफ से उसके प्रवक्ता अनुराग श्रीवास्तव ने बृहस्पतिवार को प्रेसवार्ता में कई अहम मुद्दों पर सरकार का पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने इस दौरान चीन के साथ विवाद, पाकिस्तान में आतंकी दाऊद इब्राहिम की मौजूदगी, पुलवामा हमले की चार्जशीट और वंदे भारत मिशन पर भी ताजा जानकारी दी।
पुलवामा हमले में चार्जशीट- श्रीवास्तव ने कहा, ‘पुलवामा हमले की चार्जशीट डेढ़ साल की जांच के बाद दायर की गई थी। इसके तहत आतंकवाद के अधिनियम के अंतर्गत जघन्य अपराध करने वालों अपराधियों को सजा दिलवाना मकसद है। हमारा उद्देश्य केवल बयान या अधिसूचना जारी करना नहीं है।’ पाकिस्तान के साथ सबूत साझा करने के बयान पर उन्होंने कहा, ‘आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद ने पुलवामा हमले की जिम्मेदारी ली थी, उसके सरगना और मुखिया पाकिस्तान में हैं. यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि हमले का मुख्य अभियुक्त मसूद अजहर को पाकिस्तान में लगातार सुरक्षा मिल रही है, हमने पाकिस्तान के साथ पर्याप्त सबूत साझा किए हैं लेकिन वो अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से भाग रहा है।’ प्रवक्ता ने यह भी कहा, ‘यह भी याद रखना चाहिए कि पाकिस्तान ने 2008 के मुंबई हमलों के अपराधियों के खिलाफ अभी तक कोई विश्वसनीय कार्रवाई नहीं की है।’
भारत-चीन सीमा पर तनाव- चीन के साथ सीमा विवाद पर विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा, ‘सैनिकों के पूरी तरह से पीछे हटने के लिए वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) के अपनी-अपनी ओर नियमित चौकियों की तरफ भारत, चीन को सैनिकों की पुन: तैनाती किए जाने की आवश्यकता है। हाल में हुई राजनयिक वार्ता में, दोनों पक्ष लंबित मुद्दों को शीघ्रता से हल करने के लिए सहमत हुए।
पाक में आतंकवादी दाऊद- मुंबई हमले का मास्टरमाइंड और मोस्ट वॉन्टेड आतंकी दाऊद इब्राहिम पर पाकिस्तान के रुख बदलने के बारे में पूछे जाने पर विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि वह आतंकी संगठनों, प्रतिबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ कभी प्रामाणिक, सत्यापन योग्य कार्रवाई नहीं करता। पाकिस्तान को सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि प्रतिबंधित लोगों पर मुकदमे चलाए जाएं।
भारत-अमेरिका व्यापर- सरकार अमेरिका के साथ एक सीमित व्यापार समझौते में लगी हुई है। फरवरी में राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप की यात्रा के दौरान, यह सहमति हुई थी कि दोनों पक्ष, अपने संबंधों में बढ़ते व्यापार और निवेश के आयाम को पहचानते हुए, चल रही बातचीत को तुरंत समाप्त करेंगे।
वंदे भारत मिशन का छठा चरण- विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया, ‘वंदे भारत मिशन का छठा चरण एक सितंबर से शुरू होने वाला है, विदेश में हमारे मिशनों की मांग के आकलन के आधार पर, एयर इंडिया समूह और प्राइवेट कैरियर द्वारा उड़ानों को पुनर्निर्धारित किया जा रहा है। अगले चरण में विभिन्न देशों के साथ जैविक सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था अनुसूची के अनुसार ही जारी रहेगी।'(UNA)
