हरियाणा; सिरसा। हरियाणा रोडवेज वर्कर्स यूनियन रजिस्टर्ड नंबर 1 संबंधित सर्व कर्मचारी संघ डबवाली सब डिपो वर्कशॉप में गेट मीटिंग की गई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता प्रधान पृथ्वी सिंह चाहर ने की। प्रधान पृथ्वी सिंह चाहर ने बताया कि हरियाणा रोडवेज वर्कर्स यूनियन संबंधित सर्व कर्मचारी संघ हरियाणा ने पंजाब रोडवेज व पीआरटीसी के सभी प्रकार के कच्चे कर्मचारियों द्वारा 6 सितंबर से शुरू की गई अनिश्चित काल हड़ताल का पुरजोर समर्थन किया है। वहीं डबवाली सब डिपो से सर्व कर्मचारी संघ के कर्मचारियों ने पुरजोर से समर्थन किया है। चाहर ने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार विभाग की निजीकरण नीतियों के तहत कच्चे कर्मचारियों का भारी शोषण कर रही है जैसे हरियाणा खट्टर सरकार कर रही है। चाहर ने कहा कि पंजाब में पंजाब रोडवेज पीआरटीसी व पनबस को मिलाकर लगभग 2700 बसें ही हैं और हरियाणा रोडवेज के बेड़े में घटते-घटते 3300 कुछ बसें हैं, जो जनसंख्या के अनुपात में बहुत कम है। चाहर ने हरियाणा सरकार व पंजाब सरकार से अनुरोध किया कि हरियाणा रोडवेज के बेड़े में हरियाणा सरकार 14000 बसें व पंजाब रोडवेज के बेड़े में पंजाब सरकार फिलहाल 14000 बसें शामिल करें, ताकि आमजन को सही सुविधा मिल सके। चाहर ने कहा कि चाहे हरियाणा हो या पंजाब, रेगुलर कर्मचारियों की संख्या से ज्यादा कच्चे कर्मचारियों की संख्या हैं। कच्चे कर्मचारियों को 10 वर्ष की सेवा पूरी होने के बावजूद भी पक्का करने की बजाय नाममात्र वेतन में जमकर शोषण किया जा रहा है। चाहर ने बताया कि मीटिंग में सर्वसम्मति से फैसला लिया है कि हरियाणा सरकार व पंजाब सरकार जल्द से जल्द कच्चे कर्मचारियों को पक्का करने पक्का होने तक सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय अनुसार समान काम-समान वेतन लागू करने, ठेका प्रथा बंद कर कच्चे कर्मचारियों को पैरोल पर रखने, भविष्य में पक्की भर्ती करने व निजीकरण पर रोक लगाने, विभाग में बढ़ती आबादी अनुसार सरकारी बसें शामिल करने सहित अन्य मांगों को लेकर 6 सितंबर से पंजाब रोडवेज के सभी कच्चे कर्मचारी अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर हैं। चाहर ने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार से कर्मचारी मांग कर रहे हैं कि कच्चे कर्मचारियों का शोषण बंद करे व कर्मचारी नेताओं से बातचीत कर तमाम मांगों को लागू करें, अन्यथा बड़ा आंदोलन करने पर मजबूर होंगे, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी सरकार व प्रशासन की होगी। मीटिंग में चालक रामकरण, भजन सिंह, अशोक कुमार, मंगल सिंह, मदन, बुद्दू सिंह, संदीप कुमार, श्यामलाल माजरा, प्रवीण कुमार, संजय कुमार गुर्जर उपस्थित थे।
