पर्यटक प्रधान मंत्री को अपने ही दिल्ली के बॉर्डर पर बैठे किसानों से मिलने की सुध भी नहीं आई -प्रियंका गांधी
आज जयपुर में महंगाई के खिलाफ हुई कांग्रेस की रैली में कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि गांधी हिन्दू थी और गोडसे हिंदूवादी था। उन्होने कहा देश की हालत आप सबको दिख रही है। रैली महंगाई के बारे में है, बेरोजगारी के बारे में है, जो आम जनता को दर्द हो रहा है, दुख हो रहा है, उसके बारे में है। देश की आज जो हालत है, शायद पहले कभी नहीं हुई। पूरा का पूरा धन 4-5 पूंजीपतियों के हाथ। हिंदुस्तान के सब इंस्टीट्यूशन, एक संगठन के हाथ। मंत्री के ऑफिस में आरएसएस के ओएसडी। देश को जनता नहीं चला रही है, देश को 3-4 पूंजीपति चला रहे हैं और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी, उनका काम कर रहे हैं।
नोटबंदी हुई, जीएसटी लागू किया गया, तीन काले कानून बनाए गए और कोरोना के समय आपने देश की जनता और देश की हालत देखी। मगर इन चीजों के बोलने से पहले मैं आज आपसे एक दूसरी बात करना चाहता हूँ। देश के सामने कौन सी लड़ाई है और लड़ाई किसके बीच में है, कौन सी विचारधाराओं के बीच में है? 5 मिनट में मैं आपको ये बताना चाहता हूँ और फिर उसके बाद महंगाई, काले कानूनों के बारे में, बेरोजगारी के बारे में खुलकर आपसे बोलूँगा।
आप जानते हो कि दो जीवों की एक आत्मा नहीं हो सकती। क्या दो जीवों की एक आत्मा हो सकती है? (जनता ने कहा- नहीं), नहीं हो सकती। वैसे ही दो शब्दों का एक मतलब नहीं हो सकता। दो जीवों की एक आत्मा नहीं हो सकती, दो शब्दों का एक अर्थ नहीं हो सकता। हर शब्द का अलग मतलब होता है। देश की राजनीति में आज दो शब्दों की टक्कर है, दो अलग शब्दों की, इनका अर्थ अलग हैं। एक शब्द हिंदू, दूसरा शब्द, हिंदुत्ववादी। ये एक चीज नहीं है। ये दो अलग-अलग शब्द हैं और इनका अर्थ बिल्कुल अलग है। मैं हिंदू हूं, मगर हिंदुत्ववादी नहीं हूँ। ये सब हिंदू हैं मगर हिंदुत्ववादी नहीं है पर आज मैं आपको हिंदू शब्द और हिंदुत्ववादी शब्द के बीच में फर्क बताना चाहता हूँ।
भाईयों और बहनों, महात्मा गांधी- हिंदू थे, सही बोला। महात्मा गांधी- हिंदू। गोडसे- हिंदुत्ववादी। फर्क क्या होता है। फर्क मैं आपको बताता हूँ। चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, हिंदू सत्य को ढूंढता है। मर जाए, कट जाए, पिस जाए, हिंदू सच को ढूँढता है। उसका रास्ता, सत्याग्रह होता है। पूरी जिंदगी वो सच को ढूंढ़ने में निकाल देता है। महात्मा गांधी ने ऑटोबायोग्राफी लिखी- माई एक्सपेरिमेंट्स विद ट्रुथ, मतलब, पूरी जिंदगी, उन्होंने सत्य को समझने के लिए, सच को ढूंढ़ने के लिए बिता दी और अंत में एक हिंदुत्ववादी ने उनकी छाती में तीन गोली मारी। दूसरी तरफ एक हिंदुत्ववादी अपनी पूरी जिंदगी सत्ता को खोजने में लगा देता है। उसको सत्य से कुछ लेना-देना नहीं होता, उसे सिर्फ सत्ता चाहिए और सत्ता के लिए वो कुछ भी कर डालेगा। किसी को मार देगा, कुछ भी बोल देगा, जला देगा, काट देगा, पीट देगा, मार देगा, उसे सत्ता चाहिए। उसका रास्ता सत्याग्रह नहीं, उसका रास्ता सत्ताग्रह है।
हिंदू अपने डर का सामना करता है। हिंदू खड़ा होकर अपने डर का सामना करता है, और एक इंच भी पीछे नहीं हटता है। वो शिव जी की तरह अपने डर को निगल जाता है, पी लेता है। भाईयों और बहनों, दूसरी तरफ एक हिंदुत्ववादी अपने डर के सामने झुक जाता है। अपने डर के सामने वो मत्था टेकता है। हिंदुत्ववादी को उसका डर डुबा देता है और इस डर से उसके दिल में नफरत पैदा होती है। डर से नफरत पैदा होती है, गुस्सा आता है, क्रोध आता है। हिंदू डर का सामना करता है, उसके दिल में शांति होती है, उसके दिल में प्यार होता है, उसके दिल के अंदर एक शक्ति होती है। ये भाईयों और बहनों, एक हिंदुत्ववादी और हिंदू के बीच में मूल फर्क है।
मैंने आपको ये भाषण क्यों दिया, क्योंकि आप सब हिंदू हो, हिंदुत्ववादी नहीं और ये देश हिंदुओं का देश है, हिंदुत्ववादियों का नहीं। आज अगर इस देश में महंगाई है, दर्द है, दुख है, तो ये काम हिंदुत्ववादियों ने किया है। हिंदुत्ववादियों को किसी भी हालत में सत्ता चाहिए। जैसे महात्मा गांधी जी ने कहा था- मैं सच्चाई चाहता हूँ, मैं सच्चाई ढूंढता हूँ, मुझे सत्ता नहीं चाहिए, वैसे ही ये कहते हैं, मुझे सत्ता चाहिए, सच्चाई से मुझे कुछ लेना देना नहीं। सच्चाई जाए भाड़ में, मुझे कुर्सी मिल जाए बस और 2014 से इन लोगों का राज है। हिंदुत्ववादियों का राज है, हिंदुओं का नहीं। सही है न? हिंदुत्ववादियों का राज है, हिंदुओं का नहीं और हमें एक बार फिर इन हिंदुत्ववादियों को सत्ता से बाहर निकालना है और एक बार फिर हिंदुओं का राज लाना है।
हिंदू कौन- जो सबसे गले लगता है। हिंदू कौन- जो किसी से नहीं डरता है। हिंदू कौन- जो हर धर्म का आदर करता है, वो है हिंदू। आप हमारे कोई भी शास्त्र पढ़ लीजिए। रामायण पढ़िए, महाभारत पढ़िए, गीता पढ़िए, उपनिषद पढ़िए, मुझे दिखा दीजिए, कहाँ लिखा है कि किसी गरीब को मारना है? कहाँ लिखा है किसी कमजोर व्यक्ति को कुचलना है? कहाँ लिखा है? मुझे दिखा दो। कहीं नहीं लिखा।
गीता में लिखा है- सत्य की लड़ाई लड़ो, मर जाओ, कट जाओ, लेकिन सत्य की लड़ाई लड़ो। गीता मे कृष्ण जी ने अर्जुन से ये नहीं कहा कि अपने भाईयों को सत्ता के लिए मारो। कृष्ण ने अर्जुन से कहा, अपने भाईयों को सच्चाई के लिए मारो। भाईयों और बहनों, ये लड़ाई आज हिंदुस्तान में चल रही है। ये झूठे हिंदू, एक तरफ हिंदुत्ववादी हैं और दूसरी तरफ सच्चे हिंदू यानि प्यार वाले हिंदू, भाईचारे वाले हिंदू, सभी धर्मों का आदर और सम्मान करने वाले हिंदू।
अब मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूँ, हुआ क्या, क्योंकि हमारी जनता को समझ ही नहीं आया कि हुआ क्या। छोटा सा उदाहरण- आज हिंदुस्तान की 1 प्रतिशत आबादी के हाथ में हिंदुस्तान का 33 प्रतिशत धन है। 1 प्रतिशत आबादी के हाथ में 33 प्रतिशत धन। 10 प्रतिशत आबादी के हाथ में 65 प्रतिशत धन और सबसे गरीब 50 प्रतिशत आबादी के हाथ में केवल 6 प्रतिशत धन। भाईयों और बहनों, नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने हिंदुस्तान के सबसे गरीब 50 प्रतिशत लोगों के हाथ में इस देश का सिर्फ 6 प्रतिशत धन छोड़ा है। ये जादू कैसे किया? इस जादू के कौन से औजार थे और इस जादू को किसने किया, मैं आज आपको बताना चाहता हूँ। औजार था- नोटबंदी, जीएसटी, किसान के खिलाफ़ तीन काले कानून।
नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के आने से पहले हिंदुस्तान का जो असंगठित सेक्टर था, छोटे दुकानदार, गरीब लोग, छोटे कंपनी, कुटीर उद्योग वाले, जो घर में अगरबत्ती बनाते थे, चप्पल बनाते थे, जूता बनाते थे, कपड़े सीते थे, किसान जो संगठित नहीं थे, मोदी जी के आने से पहले भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था में असंगठित क्षेत्र का हिस्सा 52 प्रतिशत हुआ करता था। नोटबंदी, जीएसटी, काले कानून और कोरोना के बाद असंगठित क्षेत्र का भाग 20 प्रतिशत तक रह गया है।
हिंदुस्तान का 90 प्रतिशत फायदा, 90 प्रतिशत प्रॉफिट, कॉर्पोरेट प्रॉफिट 20 कंपनियों को जाता है। ये जो आप टीवी देख रहे हैं न (रैली में लगे एलसीडी टीवी की ओर इशारा करते हुए), ये जो इस रैली में 5 मिनट के लिए दिखाएंगे, ये उनके गुलाम हैं। भाईयों और बहनों, ये हिंदुत्ववादी नहीं हैं, ये हिंदू हैं, मगर इनको दबाया गया है। हिंदुत्ववादियों ने इन बेचारों को दबा दिया है। मगर हिंदू को नहीं दबाया जा सकता, कभी किया नहीं दबाया जा सकता, 3 हजार साल में कभी नहीं हुआ, आज भी नहीं हो सकता। क्योंकि हम डरते नहीं हैं। हम किसी से नहीं डरते। हम मरने से नहीं डरते। तो नरेन्द्र मोदी जी और उनके 3-4 उद्योगपतियों ने, हिंदुत्ववादियों ने इस देश को 7 साल में बर्बाद कर दिया, खत्म कर दिया, पिछले 7 साल में।
जो पहले किसान पैसे कमाता था। हमने कर्जामाफी की। हम बात को समझे कि किसान को मदद करने की जरुरत है। कर्जामाफी की, छत्तीसगढ़ के चीफ मिनिस्टर बैठे हैं, कमल नाथ जी बैठे हैं, हर स्टेट में हमने कर्जामाफी की, क्योंकि हम जानते हैं कि किसान इस देश की रीढ़ की हड्डी है, उसके बिना कुछ नहीं हो सकता। नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने किसानों की जो आत्मा है, उनका जो दिल है, उनकी छाती में चाकू मारा है और भाईयों और बहनों, आगे से नहीं, यू नहीं (आगे से चाकू मारने का इशारा करके समझाते हुए), आगे से नहीं, पीछे से। क्यों- क्योंकि हिंदुत्ववादी हैं। हिंदू को अगर मारना भी पड़े, तो सामने से वार करता है, पीछे से नहीं। हिंदुत्ववादी है, तो पीछे से मारेगा, याद रखना। भाईयों और बहनों, पीछे से छुरा मारा और फिर कहते हैं, जाग हिंदू। किसान हिंदुत्ववादी के सामने खड़ा हुआ, तो हिंदुत्ववादी ने कहा कि मैं माफी मांगता हूँ, मैं माफी मांगता हूँ।
700 किसान शहीद हुए। यहाँ हमने दो मिनट मौन रखा, पार्लियामेंट में मौन रखने नहीं दिया। मैंने कहा, अगर आप नहीं करना चाहते, मैं खड़ा हो जाता हूँ। अपोजीशन के लोग दो मिनट मौन में खड़े हुए, लेकिन सरकार ने मौन नहीं किया। चन्नी जी से आप पूछेंगे, 400 शहीद किसानों के परिवारों को पंजाब की सरकार ने 5 लाख रुपए दिए हैं और उनमें से 152 के परिजनों को नौकरी भी दिलवा दी है और बाकी को हम नौकरी देने वाले हैं। हिंदुस्तान की सरकार पार्लियामेंट में कहती है- हमें मालूम नहीं कौन से किसान मरे, हमारे पास लिस्ट ही नहीं है। कोई किसान शहीद हुए ही नहीं, पार्लियामेंट में कहा। हम कंपंसेशन कैसे दें, हमें तो मालूम ही नहीं है। मैंने पंजाब की लिस्ट ली, हरियाणा से 70-80 और नाम लिए, 500 लोगों की लिस्ट मैंने पार्लियामेंट में रखी और कहा- देखिए, पंजाब की सरकार ने मुआवजा दिया है, कंपंसेशन दिया है, आप भी दीजिए। पीछे से छुरा मारा, फिर माफी मांगी और जब कंपंसेशन देने की बात आई, 5 लाख, 10 लाख, 25 लाख रुपए देने की बात आई, तो नरेन्द्र मोदी जी नहीं दे सकते, क्योंकि वो कहते हैं कि वो किसान शहीद ही नहीं हुए। तो ये जो सोच है, हिंदुत्ववादियों की, चीन की सेना हिंदुस्तान के अंदर आ जाए, हजार किलोमीटर ले जाए, प्रधानमंत्री जी कहेंगे, देश के अंदर कोई नहीं आया और फिर डिफेंस मिनिस्ट्री कहेगी कि चीन हमारे देश के अंदर आ गया, चीन की सेना हमारे देश के अंदर है।
थोड़ा मैं और बताना चाहता हूँ। 2014 में गैस सिलेंडर 414 रुपए था, 2021 में 900 रुपए हो गया, यानि 117 प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी। पेट्रोल- 70 रुपए था, आज सौ रुपए है। डीजल-57 रुपए था, आज 90 रुपए है। चीनी- 30 रुपए थी, आज 50 रुपए है। घी 300-350 रुपए लीटर था, आज 650 रुपए लीटर है। आटा-15 रुपए था, आज 30 रुपए। दाल- 70 रुपए थी, आज 190 रुपए। अच्छे दिन आ गए हैं! आ गए अच्छे दिन? किसके- ‘हम दो, हमारे दो’ के। एयरपोर्ट देखो, पोर्ट देखो, कोल माइन देखो, टेलिफोन देखो, सुपर मार्केट देखो, जहाँ भी देखो, भईया, दो लोग दिखेंगे आपको- अडानी जी, अंबानी जी। उनकी गलती नहीं है। देखो भईया, अगर आपको कोई मुफ्त में कुछ दे, आप क्या वापस दे दोगे- नहीं दोगे। उनकी गलती थोड़े ही है, गलती प्रधानमंत्री की है।
सुबह उठते ही कहते हैं- भैया, आज अडानी- अंबानी को क्या दें? चलो भईया, आज एयरपोर्ट दे देते हैं, चलो भईया आज किसानों के खेत दे देते हैं। चलो आज खनन दे देते हैं, माइन दे देते हैं। ऐसे देश नहीं चलाया जाता है। देश गरीबों का है, किसानों का है, मजदूरों का है, छोटे दुकानदारों का है, स्मॉल मीडियम बिजनेस वालों का है, क्यों – क्योंकि यही लोग इस देश को रोजगार दे सकते हैं। अंबानी जी की जगह है, अडानी जी की जगह है, मगर वो रोजगार पैदा नहीं कर सकते हैं। रोजगार हमारा किसान पैदा करता है। रोजगार छोटा व्यापारी पैदा करते हैं। दुकानदार, छोटा दुकानदार पैदा करता है। छोटे बिजनेस वाले, मिडिल साइज बिजनेस वालों को तो इन्होंने खत्म ही कर दिया, मिटा दिया। भाईयो और बहनों, एक प्रतिशत आबादी के पास 33 प्रतिशत धन, 10 प्रतिशत आबादी के पास 65 प्रतिशत धन और 50 प्रतिशत आबादी के पास केवल 6 प्रतिशत धन! ये क्या हो रहा है?
हिंदुस्तान को इस आक्रमण के खिलाफ खड़ा होना ही पड़ेगा और कोई रास्ता ही नहीं है और आप देखना ये देश एक आवाज से खड़ा होगा। राजस्थान एक आवाज से खड़ा होगा और नरेन्द्र मोदी जी को बाहर का रास्ता दिखाएगा।
कोरोना हुआ, मैंने अपनी आंखों से देखा। बाकी देशों ने अपने लोगों की जेब में पैसा डाला, मदद की, मगर नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने 5-10 बड़े उद्योगपतियों का टैक्स माफ किया, उनकी जेब में पैसा डाला और मजदूरों को ट्रेन तो छोड़ो, बस भी नहीं दी, वे हजारों किलोमीटर पैदल चले। 100-200 लोग तो सड़कों पर ही मर गए। नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने कहा- थाली बजाओ, ताली बजाओ, मोबाईल फोन की लाइट जलाओ, मर जाओ।
रोजगार की बात करते हैं, पर आज 60 साल से सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी हिंदुस्तान में है। क्यों – क्योंकि आपने रोजगार देने वाली रीढ़ की हड्डी ही तोड़ दी। आपने डिमोनेटाइजेशन किया, जीएसटी की। नोटबंदी, कोरोना में आपने छोटे बिजनेस वालों को समर्थन नहीं दिया, सब खत्म हो गया। रोजगार कहाँ से पैदा होगा? रोजगार दो-तीन उद्योगपति नहीं पैदा कर सकते। रोजगार लाखों दुकानदार, लाखों छोटे बिजनेस वाले, मिडिल साइज बिजनेस वाले, करोड़ों किसान पैदा करते हैं। ये सच्चाई है देश की। भाईयों और बहनों, देश को यह सच्चाई पहचाननी पड़ेगी, और कोई रास्ता नहीं है। मैं आपसे झूठ नहीं बोलने वाला, मैं हिंदुत्ववादी नहीं हूं, मैं हिंदू हूं। मैं डरता नहीं, सत्ता मिले ना मिले, कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, मैं सच्चाई के रास्ते से नहीं हटने वाला। मगर सच्चाई देश को पहचाननी पड़ेगी।
चीन ने अरुणाचल में, लद्दाख में हमारी जमीन ली है। मोदी जी कह रहे हैं कुछ नहीं हुआ। 700 किसान शहीद हुए, मोदी जी कहते हैं कुछ नहीं हुआ। बहुत कुछ हुआ है। बहुत लोगों को चोट लगी है। बहुत लोगों की जान गई है। बहुत दुख हुआ है और अब देश को आगे बढ़ना पड़ेगा और ये देश एक साथ मिलकर आगे बढ़ेगा।
