हिमाचल के सबसे बड़े अस्पताल का हाल यहां ढूंढने पर भी नहीं मिलता मरीजों का रिकॉर्ड( हिमाचल प्रदेश के सबसे बड़े अस्पताल आईजीएमसी मैं बनो रिकॉर्ड सेक्शन की हालत खस्ता हो गई है हद तो यह है कि प्रशासन रिकॉर्ड को रखने के लिए कमरे का प्रावधान तक नहीं कर पा रहा है रिकॉर्ड ना मिलने का मुख्य कारण जगह की कमी होना है इन दिनों रिकॉर्ड को या तो फर्श पर रखा जा रहा है या फिर चेयर पर पड़ा हुआ होता है जहां एक फाइल को ढूंढने के लिए मरीज 2 से 3 मिनट लगते थे आजकल एक दो घंटा लग रहे हैं हैरान कर देने वाली बात यह है कि अगर कर्मचारि द्वारा कई बार किसी भी रिकॉर्ड की फाइल उच्च न्यायालय को भेजनी पड़ती है तो उसको ढूंढने के लिए पूरा दिन लग जाता है वहां मरीजों की मृत्यु होने व अन्य रिकॉर्ड भी नहीं मिल पता है रिकॉर्ड सेक्शन में तैनात कर्मचारियों से अगर इस बारे मैं पूछा जाता है तो साफ शब्दों में कहते हैं हमारे पास जगह नहीं है इसको लेकर प्रशासन को काफी पहले अवगत करवा गया है अभी तक फाइल रखने के लिए प्रशासन की ओर से व्यवस्था करवाना तो दूर की बात है प्रशासन द्वारा सुधि तक नहीं ली जा रही है रिकॉर्ड सेक्शन में हजारों फाइलें रखी हुई है ऐसे में लोगों को आने जाने तक की जगह तक नहीं बची हुई है अगर समय से प्रशासन द्वारा रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठाया जाते हैं तो मरीजों को रिकॉर्ड ढूंढने के लिए इससे भी ज्यादा समय लग जाएगा आईजीएमसी हिमाचल प्रदेश का सबसे बड़ा अस्पताल है यहां रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए निश्चित जगह होनी चाहिए ताकि समय अनुसार रिकॉर्ड को ढूंढा जा सके आईजीएमसी के एम एस डॉक्टर जनक राज ने बताया कि रिकॉर्ड सेक्शन में रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए जगह नहीं है तो रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए जगह निश्चित की जाएगी ताकि रिकॉर्ड को ढूंढने मैं किसी भी प्रकार की कोई दिक्कत ना हो जल्दी ही अस्पताल प्रबंधक इसको लेकर उचित कदम उठाएगा
