तारिक अनवर (Tariq Anwar) ने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग में कांग्रेस (Congress) की तरफ से मांग की गई है कि चुनाव प्रचार में हेट स्पीच (Hate speech) देने वाले लोगों को चुनाव प्रचार से दूर रखा जाए.
कोरोना काल में बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव (Bihar Assembly Elections) करवाने की तैयारी कर रहा चुनाव आयोग (Election commission) आज गाइडलाइंस जारी कर सकता है. आयोग के उच्च पदस्थ सूत्रों ने बताया कि आज इस मुद्दे को लेकर अहम बैठक है और संभव है कि चुनाव को लेकर दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी हो सकता है. बता दें कि चुनाव आयोग ने अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को गाइडलाइंस फ्रेम करने के लिए आज तक का समय दिया था. गाइडलाइंस की आयोग की अनुमति मिल चुकी है. बता दें कि आयोग ने राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा दिए गए विचारों और सुझावों पर विचार किया. उसने उन राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए सुझावों और सिफारिशों पर भी विचार किया जहां उपचुनाव कराये जाने हैं. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कोरोना संक्रमण के दौर में प्रदेश में चुनाव करवाए जाने को लेकर अब बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने भी प्रोटोकॉल से जुड़ी गाइडलाइन को अंतिम रूप दे रहा है. बताया जा रहा है कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की तरफ से चुनाव के लिए जारी गाइडलाइंस जल्दी ही भेज दी जाएगी. इससे पहले चुनाव को लेकर चुनाव आयोग ने विधानसभा सीटों के जिला कलेक्टर से जानकारी प्राप्त की है. माना जा रहा है कि अक्टूबर के अंत तक प्रदेश में चुनाव कराए जा सकते हैं. बता दें कि बिहार विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 29 नवंबर को समाप्त होगा. इस बीच कांग्रेस नेता तारिक अनवर ने कहा है कि पार्टी की तरफ़ से चुनाव की तैयारी है. चुनाव आयोग की तरफ़ से तिथि की घोषणा के बाद हम उसी हिसाब से आगे बढ़ेंगे. हालांकि हमने चुनाव आयोग से मांग की थी कि आज बिहार की स्थिति चुनाव की नहीं है इसीलिए चुनाव फ़िलहाल टाला जाए. तारिक अनवर ने कहा कि एलजेपी ने भी ऐसी ही मांग की थी. लेकिन, लगता है जेडीयू-बीजेपी के लिए उपयुक्त समय है. उनको लगता है चुनाव जीतने की स्थिति में होंगे. कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि आज लोगों की जान बचाना ज़्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है. लेकिन लगता है चुनाव आयोग विपक्ष की बात सुनने को तैयार नहीं है. आरजेडी सांसद मनोज झा ने कहा कि एक डायनमिक राजनीतिक दल हमेशा चुनाव के लिए तैयार रहता है. हम हर परिस्थिति के लिए तैयार हैं, लेकिन लोग कितने तैयार हैं. अगर हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस का कवर वोटिंग कर्मचारी और सुरक्षा अधिकारी को मिलता है तो वोटर को भी मिले. एक बूथ पर 250 से ज़्यादा वोटिंग न हो.(UNA)
