सपा प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव ने कहा है कि भाजपा सरकार ने दूध के दाम बढ़ाकर और बस-ऑटो का किराया बढ़ाकर घरेलू अर्थव्यवस्था को चौपट करने का जनविरोधी काम किया है। पहले अमूल ने अपने दूध उत्पादों के दाम बढ़ाए फिर पराग ने भी दाम बढ़ा दिए। इससे बच्चों के दूध में कटौती होगी। भाजपा सरकार में सफर भी मंहगा हो गया है। सामान्य बस सेवाओं का किराया 25 पैसे प्रति यात्री प्रति किलोमीटर बढ़ाने से अब परिवहन सेवाओं की दर में 1 रूपए 30 पैसे प्रतियात्री प्रतिकिलोमीटर की बढ़ोत्तरी हो गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्रीय बजट के साथ भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकार ने जनता पर मंहगाई की मार पड़ना शुरू हो गई हैं। लोग त्राहि-त्राहि करने लगे हैं। लोग कैसे अपनी गृहस्थी चलाएं और कैसे जीवनयापन करें यह सवाल अब सभी को परेशान कर रहा है। जनता को अब पूरा विश्वास हो चला है कि भाजपा सरकार पूंजीघरानों की संरक्षक सरकार है, पूंजीपति मित्रों को लम्बे-लम्बे कर्ज देने वाली सरकार है, उससे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था भले ही बने या बिगड़े।
अखिलेश यादव ने कहा है कि रोडवेज बसों के साथ ही लखनऊ शहर में ऑटों का किराया भी बढ़ गया है। अब यात्रियों को प्रति किलोमीटर के लिए लगभग 10.58 रूपए किराया देना होगा। भाजपा सरकार का जो हाल में केन्द्रीय बजट पेश हुआ, उसमें मंहगाई रोकने का कोई उपाय नज़र नहीं आ रहा है। पेट्रोल-डीजल और रसोई गैस के दामों में कहीं कमी नहीं हुई। खाद्यान्न के दामों में बढ़ोत्तरी से आम जनता क्या खाए क्या बचाए? जन-साधारण की दैनंदिन चिंताओं और परेशानियों पर भाजपा सरकार ने आंख मूंद रखी है।
