योगी सरकार भय और विभाजन की राजनीति बढ़ावा दे रही है: भाकपा

लखनऊ- 13 जून।

भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य सचिव मण्डल ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा भय, विभाजन और राजनैतिक पूंजी बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से लोगों के आवासों पर चलाया बुलडोजर जनता के रहने, जीने के अधिकार और गरिमा पर बर्बर हमला तो है ही, यह पूरी तरह गैर कानूनी, असंवैधानिक और न्याय के सिध्दांत का ध्वस्तीकरण है। मध्यकालीन बर्बरता को बहुत पीछे छोड़ चुकी इन कार्यवाहियों को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को तत्काल रोकना चाहिये। वरना पुनः ‘जंगल का कानून’ लौटते देर नहीं लगेगी।

यहाँ जारी एक प्रेस बयान में भाकपा राज्य सचिव मंडल ने कहा कि इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश गोविन्द माथुर की इस गंभीर टिप्पणी के बाद कि “यह पूरी तरह गैर कानूनी है, भले ही एक पल के लिये ही यह मान लें कि निर्माण अवैध था, करोड़ो भारतीय भी ऐसे ही रहते हैं। यह अनुमति नहीं है कि आप रविवार को एक घर को ध्वस्त कर दें, जबकि उसका निवासी हिरासत में हो। यह कोई तकनीकी मुद्दा नहीं है। कानून के शासन का सवाल है।”
यह तय होगया कि सबकुछ मनमाने ढंग से चल रहा है। इसका न्यायिक प्रतिकार होना चाहिये।

शुक्रवार को हुयी पत्थरबाजी की घटनायें कदापि उचित नहीं कही जा सकतीं और हर जिम्मेदार दल और व्यक्ति ने उसकी आलोचना की है। लेकिन भाजपा, आरएसएस, केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार तथा मीडिया के बड़े हिस्सों द्वारा निरंतर की जा रहीं उकसाबे की कार्यवाहियाँ क्या इन घटनाओं के लिये जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं? क्या इन उकसाबेबाजों को पहले ही दंडित नहीं किया जाना चाहिये था? यदि उनको कानून के तहत कठघरे में खड़ा किया गया होता तो बहुत संभव है, ऐसी दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटनायें होती ही नहीं। फिर पत्थरबाजी की घटनायें निरंतर मानसिक प्रताड़ना से उद्वेलित लोगों द्वारा किन्ही निहित राजनैतिक स्वार्थों के भड़काने पर की गयी प्रतीत होती हैं, लेकिन यह अवैध ध्वस्तीकरण तो उन हस्तियों द्वारा किया और कराया जा रहा है जो संवैधानिक पदों पर आसीन है।

भाकपा ने पुरजोर शब्दों में मांग की है कि अवैध ध्वस्तीकरण की इन कारगुजारियों को तत्काल रोका जाये, पत्थरबाजी की घटनाओं की गहराई से जांच कराके उसके प्रेरकों को दंडित किया जाये, मुस्लिम समुदाय को मानसिक प्रताड़ना देने वाली कार्यवाहियाँ तत्काल रोकी जायें उकसाबेबाजों के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाये, ध्वस्त की गई संपत्तियों का मुआबजा दिया जाये। भाकपा अपेक्षा करती है कि उच्च और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय समूचे हालातों का स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर विधि के शासन और न्यायिक प्रणाली के प्रति विश्वास की रक्षा करेंगे।
