प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का सपना स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को नगर पंचायत बेनीगंज के जिम्मेदार लगातार पलीता लगाते दिखाई दे रहे है। इस नगर पंचायत के जिम्मेदारों द्वारा कस्बे का समस्त कूड़ा नई वस्ती उल्जा मार्ग पर डम्प किया जा रहा है। इस कारण इस सड़क मार्ग पर पूरी तरह गन्दगी का साम्राज्य जैसा स्थापित हो गया है। कूड़े के ढेर से उठती गन्दगी से नई वस्ती के निवासियों के साथ सड़क से निकलने वाले लोगो का जीना मुहाल हो गया है।जबकि कूडा डम्पिंग के लिये लाखों रुपयों की लागत से कूडा प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट प्रतापपुर गांव के किनारे बनाया जा रहा है।
बताया जा रहा है कि प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट नगर पंचायत के जिम्मेदारों की लापरवाही के चलते पूर्ण नही हो सका है।इस कारण उसका संचालन नही किया जा रहा है।इस सन्दर्भ मे जब नगर पंचायत अधिशासी अधिकारी महेश प्रताप श्रीवास्तव से पूछा गया तो उन्होंने बताया कि कूडा डम्पिंग ग्राउंड पूरी तरह तैयार है। इसका संचालन जून माह मे ही करा दिया जायेगा। इसमे सबसे मजे की बात तो यह है कि कूडा प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट यदि तैयार है तो संचालन किस कारण से नही हो सका जबकि जून माह मे अब कहने को दिन बचे है।ऐसे मे नगर पंचायत अधिशासी अधिकारी का बयान बडा ही हास्यास्पद प्रतीत होता है।

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
