Institute Of Social Responsibility and Accountability (ISRA) organized a webinar on Sunday to discuss a Paradigm shift in NGO’s Activities by national speakers from India. Dr.I.S.Konthoujam Social Scientist chairman &Managing Director of D CACUS Education Centre, Manipur, Mr. Hanumant Uttareshwar Barbole president of Ashamant Foundation, Maharashtra and Mr. Rishipal Singh Founder & Chairman of Aanya Foundation, Haryana.
Dr I.S Konthujam discussed about the Manipur NGO registered in year 1993. Since 30 years D CACUS Education Centre is working on providing free education to needy and poor children so that they can make their future bright. School is affiliated with local Board of education till matrix class, i.e. 10th Standard. NGO verifies student background with all proof and provide them facilities with mid-day meal.
Education center has also generated a Vocational education to students. Every year NGO hire 25000 + students in their schools and they also provide Vocational education to generate money.
NGO is also working in constructing hospitals with new updated technology as Multi -Specialty Hospital. An aim of this mission is to provide free health checkups to migrants people or Below Poverty line, and to those poor needy people are not having Identification prove.
During Lockdown D CACUS Education Centre provide shelter, food, all the basic items to migrant workers till 2months. Manipur Government  and NGO collaborates together to send migrant labors to their respective villages. Covid19 has changed working style of NGO due to lockdown everything is converted to offline to online which becomes very difficult for NGO founder that they cannot perform proper work and help to NGOs member.
NGO also works on different field like agriculture. Horticulture and teaching students to generate income. Work has changed and also improvised by enhancing experience.
Mr. Hanumant Uttareshwar Barbole president of Ashamant Foundation is working from since 18 years they have very good experience and knowledge about managing NGO activities. Mr. Barbole has worked with poor labors, children’s, women’s to provide shelter and food to them . Tough work was in lockdown to provide meals three times in a day and it cost to much. Than he work on MANREGA which is to provide jobs to labors so that they run their home chores of everyday life.
Mr. Barbole worked on Government schemes to provide facilities to needy people like. Jobs , Health card and ration Card etc. NGO had create an awareness regarding Donation of Old clothes and Food for them and also ask many Corporates for donation. Due to covid19 they donated PPE kit in slums areas , Sanitizers, Mask so that people should stay safe and maintain Social Distance. Many Of Local NGO’s works together and fight together against Covid19 so that citizen of Mumbai stay Healthy and Wealthy. Mr. Barbole appreciated of Central government of helping their department in covid19.
Mr. Rishipal Singh Founder & Chairman of Aanya Foundation, discussed about their mission towards Education , Health, Planting trees , Save water save life. Ananya foundation has grown more than 9500+ trees in Haryana. Foundation mission and dream is to Want India Poverty free with good job opportunities, Health and food. Foundation do Havan for purity of environment, as they think people forgot their culture and converted into modern culture. During lockdown they work on Migrant workers by providing home, food , clothes to them and involve them into their foundation so they all  work together collaborate together and serve for humanity.  Haryana collaborates work with Gram panchayat to ake clean and grow trees in Jungle. During covid19 foundation donate to society for their welfare and working style has changed to offline to online, which affects a lot and slowly all activities come on track very soon
