कैमूर: अपरहण और हत्या मामले में बेलौड़ी के अमिताभ बच्चन भारती को सश्रम आजीवन कारावास

भभुआ (कैमूर) – अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश 11 की अदालत ने अपहरण एवं हत्या के मामले में एक अभियुक्त को सश्रम आजीवन कारावास की सजा मुकर्रर किया है। अपर लोक अभियोजक संजय कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि मोहनिया थाना क्षेत्र के बरेज गांव निवासी स्वर्गीय रामवृक्ष सिंह के पुत्र नथुनी सिंह के 50 वर्षीय पुत्र अखिलेश कुमार सिंह 2 सितंबर 2020 को घर से लापता हो गए थे।

अखिलेश कुमार सिंह के पिता ने 3 सितंबर 2020 को मोहनिया थाना कांड संख्या-268/2020 में अज्ञात लोगों पर अपहरण का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया। पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं लोकेशन पर पुलिस ने कुदरा थाना के कैथिया गांव के पास नदी से 4 सितंबर 2020 को अखिलेश कुमार की लाश बरामद हुई थी। पुलिस ने जब हत्या के समय की मोबाइल लोकेशन की जांच की तो मोहनिया थाना के बेलौड़ी गांव निवासी मनबोध राम के पुत्र अमिताभ बच्चन भारती पर शक हुआ। पुलिस जांच में अमिताभ बच्चन भारती ने स्वीकार किया कि कर्ज के बतौर दो लाख रुपए कर्ज लिया था। सभी कर्ज ब्याज के साथ पांच लाख 50 हजार रुपए हो गया था।

अमिताभ बच्चन भारती ने स्वीकार किया कि पटना मोड़ गोदाम के पास अखिलेश की हत्या कर किया। सभी गवाहों की गवाही एवं साक्ष्य पाए जाने पर अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय 11 के न्यायाधीश राजेश कुमार वर्मा ने भादवि 302, 364 के तहत अमिताभ बच्चन भारती को सश्रम आजीवन करावास की सजा सुनाया एवं 50 हजार रुपए अर्थदंड लगाया। अर्थदंड जमा नहीं करने की स्थिति में 3 माह अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा भुगतनी पड़ेगी। ज्ञात हो कि हत्या के मामले में अमिताभ बच्चन भारती को पुलिस ने 10 सितंबर 2020 को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
