उत्तर- प्रदेश के कानपुर में बरसात के मौसम का अचानक मिजाज बदला और खूब जल बरसाया :- जनपद -कानपुर में एकाएक बरसात के मौसम का मिजाज बदला और एक विकराल सा रूप धारण कर लिया उसके बाद बहुत जल बरसाया जिसे त्रिओमपुरवा एक रिमाण्ड शोरूम नवीन बाजार परेड चौराहा जल से जलमग्न हो गया जिसे आवागमन के रास्ते बन्द हो गये लोगो के घरों में पानी घुस गया जिसे उनका रात को सोना हराम हो गया लोग रात के नीद जाग- जागकर काटे उनका रात और दिन का भोजन खाना और पानी पीना हराम हो गया ऐसा मालूम पड़ा कि प्रकृति ने अपना कहर ढा दिया एक ओर लोग तप्ति दुपहरिया के गर्मी से लोग बेहाल थे दुसरी ओर मौसम ने कुछ राहत दी तो अधिक जल बरसा के जल ही जलमग्न कर दिया जिसे लोगो की और बेचैनी बढ़ और उनका जिला हराम हो गया। सरकार इनके समस्याओं का समाधान करे और दुखो पर अमल हो ।
