उद्देश्य :- मुस्लिम, सिख, ईसाई, बौद्ध , जैन एंव पारसी को अल्पसंख्यक के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया ।

अल्पसंख्यक वर्गो की सामाजिक एंव आर्थिक पृष्ठभूमि के परिप्रेक्ष्य में उनकी विशिष्ट समस्याओ का निराकरण करने एंव उनका शैक्षिक, सामाजिक एंव आर्थिक विकास करके उन्हें राष्ट्र एंव समाज की मुख्य धारा में लाने के उद्देश्य से अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग द्वारा अनेक योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है ।

1- छात्रवृति योजनाए :-

1- कक्षा 1 से 10 तक अध्ययनरत /छात्राओ को छात्रवृति (राज्यपोषित) अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के कक्षा 1 से 10 में अध्ययनरत ऐसे छात्र /छात्राये जिनके अभिभावकों की आय गरीबी रेखा के लिए निर्धारित आय सिमा के दोगुने से अधिक नही हो ,को छात्र वृति प्रदान किये जाने का प्राविधान है ।
छात्र वृति के मानक :-
कक्षा दर प्रतिमाह अवधि (अधिकतम)
1-5 ₹ 50/- १२ माह
6-8 ₹ 80/- १२ माह
9-10 ₹ 120/- 12 माह

यह छात्रवृत्ति उन छात्र/छात्राओ को दी जाती है जिन्होंने पिछली परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंक प्राप्त किये तो तथा अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय ₹ 100000/- (एक लाख) से अधिक न हो ।

अल्पसंख्यक छात्रों हेतु मैरिट कम से कम आधारित छात्रवृत्ति केंद्र पोषित :- भारत सरकार द्वारा अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग के ऐसे छात्र/छात्राये ,जिनके अभिभावकों की कुल आय ₹ 2,50 लाख (वार्षिक) से अधिक न हो , जो किसी शासकीय /मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से स्नातक एंव स्नातकोत्तर स्तर को प्राविधिक एंव व्यावसायिक कोर्स में अध्ययनरत है ,को छात्रवृत्ति के रूप में हास्टलर को ₹ 10000/- तक प्रतिवर्ष तथा डेस्कलर को ₹5000/- एंव कोर्स के रूप में अधिकतम ₹20000/- तक दिए जाने का प्राविधान है ।

मुख्यमंत्री अल्पसंख्यक प्रोत्साहन योजना :- विभिन्न प्रतिष्टित प्रति योगी परीक्षाओ में अल्पसंख्यक का प्रतिनिधित्व बढ़ाये जाने हेतु छात्रवृत्ति ।

1- अखिल भारतीय सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की प्रारम्भ परिक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर मुख्य परीक्षा की तैयारी हेतु ₹75,000 तथा मुख्य परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर साक्षात्कार की तैयारी हेतु ₹25,000
2- उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली सिविल सेवा परीक्षा ,उच्च न्यायिक सेवा एंव प्रांतीय सिविल सेवा परीक्षा ,उच्च परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर मुख्य परीक्षा की तैयारी हेतु ₹60000 तथा साक्षात्कार तैयारी काम हेतु 20000 दिए जाने की व्यवस्था ।

IITS IIMS की प्रवेश परीक्षा में सफल होने पर ₹60000 तथा AllMS, llS, llSAR, MCl, NlTS, BCI की प्रवेश परीक्षा में सफल होने पर ₹50000 की धनराशि दिए जाने की व्यवस्था की गई है ।

अल्पसंख्यक विकास निधि की स्थापना

अल्पसंख्यक क्षेत्रो में उनकी माँग के अनुरूप अवस्थापना सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने आर्थिक/ शैक्षिक विकास करने हेतु ₹4.00 करोड़ से अल्पसंख्यक विकास निधि की स्थापना की गई ।

अल्पसंख्यक बाहुल्य क्षेत्रो में अवस्थापना संबंधी निर्माण कार्य /कब्रिस्तान की चाहर दिवारी

योजनान्तर्गत प्रदेश के वक्फ के तहत पंजीकृत कब्रिस्तानों और अन्य चिन्हित कब्रिस्तान और ईसाई समुदाय की सिमेट्री की चाहर दिवारी का कार्य करवाये जाने की योजना ।
