उन्होने कहा कि सभी कोविड अस्पतालों में पीपीई किट, मास्क, ग्लव्ज, सेनिटाइजर आदि की उपलब्धता निरन्तर बनी रहे। कोविड अस्पतालों में आक्सीजन की आपूर्ति निरन्तर बनाए रखने की प्रभावी व्यवस्था की जाए। ऑक्सीजन की उपलब्धता 48 घंटे के बैकअप के साथ रहनी चाहिए। ऑक्सीजन की कालाबाजारी प्रत्येक दशा में रोकी जाए। ऐसी गतिविधियों में संलग्न व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सीएम योगी ने कहा कि सरकार आमजन को बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधाएं सुलभ कराने के लिए कृतसंकल्प हैं। कोविड-19 के संक्रमण से बचाव व उपचार के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा हर सम्भव कदम उठाया जा रहा है। हालांकि कोरोना से बचाव के लिए इसके प्रति पूरी सावधानी बरते जाने की आवश्यकता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड-19 के प्रति जागरूकता के लिए पुलिस और प्रशासन मिलकर पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम के माध्यम से अभियान चलाएं। मास्क न पहनने वालों के प्रति सद्भावनापूर्ण ढंग से प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई की जाए। इसका उद्देश्य लोगों को कोरोना काल में मास्क पहनने के महत्व से परिचित कराना होना चाहिए।
प्रदेश में कोविड-19 के टेस्ट की संख्या 75 लाख से अधिक होने पर संतोष व्यक्त करते हुए उन्होने कहा कि निरन्तर अधिक से अधिक टेस्ट किए जाएं। जितने अधिक टेस्ट किये जाएंगे, कोविड-19 के संक्रमण के प्रसार पर उतना ही प्रभावी नियंत्रण किया जा सकेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड-19 से बचाव व उपचार की गतिविधियों को प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित व कुशल मानव संसाधन को बढ़ाए जाने की आवश्यकता है। इसके मद्देनजर चिकित्सकों, पैरामेडिक्स और अन्य चिकित्सा कर्मियों को अधिक से अधिक संख्या में प्रशिक्षित कराया जाए। सभी कोविड अस्पतालों में एचएफएनसी (हाई फ्लो नेज़ल कैन्युला), दवाई आदि सहित सभी आवश्यक वस्तुओं की निरन्तर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए।
