उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के फिल्म सिटी बनाने के ऐलान के बाद फिल्म अभिनेत्री-सांसद हेमा मालिनी और उत्तर प्रदेश ब्रज तीर्थ विकास परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष शैलजाकांत मिश्र ने ब्रज में फिल्म सिटी बनाने का मौखिक प्रस्ताव मुख्यमंत्री को दिया है। सीएम को भी यह प्रस्ताव पसंद आया है। उन्होंने यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे के किनारे फिल्म सिटी के लिए जगह चिह्नित करने और व्यवस्थित प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
विगत दिनों मुंबई फिल्म सिटी की तर्ज पर उप्र में फिल्म सिटी बनाने का सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने ऐलान किया था। फिल्म अभिनेत्री और मथुरा सांसद हेमा मालिनी ने मथुरा में फिल्म सिटी की स्थापना को लेकर उत्तर प्रदेश ब्रज तीर्थ विकास परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष शैलजाकांत मिश्र से विचार विमर्श किया। इसके बाद सांसद और परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से बात कर उन्हें मथुरा में यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे वे के किनारे फिल्म सिटी बनाने का प्रस्ताव दिया।
सांसद और उपाध्यक्ष दोनों ने सीएम को यह बात समझाई कि मथुरा में बेहतरीन दर्शनीय स्थल भी हैं, जिनमें कम लागत में आउटडोर शूटिंग भी हो सकेगी। लिहाजा फिल्मों और धारावाहिकों की लागत भी कम आएगी। सीएम ने इसका एक प्रस्ताव तैयार कराकर लखनऊ भेजने के निर्देश दिए हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक शासन को भेजे जाने वाले प्रस्ताव में स्थान चिह्नीकरण, क्षेत्रफल, निवेशक और अन्य आधारभूत व्यवस्थाओं का ब्लूप्रिंट होगा।
बहुत गहरे हैं हेमा की पैरवी के मायने
मथुरा में फिल्म सिटी निर्माण के प्रस्ताव को इसलिए भी गंभीरता से देखा जा रहा है, क्योंकि यहां की सांसद हेमा मालिनी स्वयं प्रतिष्ठित फिल्म अभिनेत्री, कला मर्मज्ञ और फिल्म निर्माण की तकनीकी जानकार भी हैं। भाजपा के स्टार प्रचारक के तौर पर किए हेमा मालिनी के काम, उनकी स्वच्छ छवि और ब्रज के प्रति लगाव को सीएम योगी भी महत्व देते हैं। मथुरा में कला और संस्कृति के लिए पहले से ही हेमा मालिनी की प्राथमिकता वाले कई काम चल रहे हैं।
फिल्म सिटी निर्माण की चुनौतियां भी कम नहीं
एक अधिकारी ने बताया है कि फिल्म सिटी निर्माण के शुरुआती प्रस्ताव में मुख्यमंत्री ने रुचि दिखाई है। लेकिन अभी यह फाइनल होना बाकी है कि फिल्म सिटी की जगह कहां होगी, कितनी होगी। निवेशक किस तरह आएंगे और फिल्म जगत का रिस्पांस कैसे रहेगा। फिल्मकारों के लिए आवासीय और आवागमन की सुविधाओं को कैसे विकसित किया जाएगा।
मैंने अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र में फिल्म सिटी के निर्माण के लिए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से आग्रह किया है। इसे लेकर मुख्यमंत्री सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया दी है और स्थानीय अधिकारियों के माध्यम से प्रस्ताव भिजवाने के लिए कहा है।(UNA)
