Lucknow उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने किसान आंदोलन का जवाब देने की मुकम्मल रणनीति तैयार कर ली है। इसके लिए पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की जयंती 25 दिसंबर का दिन चुना गया है। उस दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी किसानों के खाते में सम्मान निधि की राशि ट्रांसफर करेंगे। प्रदेश के सभी 826 ब्लॉकों में विभिन्न योजनाओं के किसान लाभार्थियों व आम किसानों व कार्यकर्ता की बड़ी भागीदारी के भव्य वर्चुअल समारोह एलईडी स्क्रीन पर प्रधानमंत्री का संबोधन सुनवाया जाएगा। पीएम कृषि बिलों पर उनका मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। इससे पहले स्थानीय नेताओं का संबोधन होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शुक्रवार को कालीदास मार्ग स्थित अपने आवास पर मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में 25 दिसंबर को किसान आंदोलन का जवाब देने के लिए रणनीतिक कार्यक्रम की जानकारी दी। कहा कि 25 दिसंबर को अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी का जन्म दिन सुशासन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस बार किसान सम्मान निधि के ट्रांसफर और प्रधानमंत्री के संबोधन के अलावा अन्य कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं होगा।
प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में वर्चुअल समारोहों का आयोजन कृषि विभाग करेगा। सीएम ने कहा कि सभी प्रभारी मंत्री अपने जिलों में प्रवास कर इस कार्यक्रम की तैयारी कराएंगे। भाजपा संगठन इसमें भागीदारी के लिए सहयोग करेगा। एक तरह से इस आयोजन को कृषि बिलों के खिलाफ आंदोलन के जवाब के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का संबोधन दिन में 12 बजे होगा। प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में बड़ी एलईडी स्क्रीन पर इसका लाइव प्रसारण किया जाएगा। इससे पहले 11 से 12 बजे के बीच स्थानीय नेता बोल सकते हैं लेकिन वे कृषि बिल पर अपना पक्ष नहीं रखेंगे। कृषि बिलों पर प्रधानमंत्री मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। योजना बनी है कि प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि समेत तमाम सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थी किसानों के अलावा आम किसानों, अन्य लाभार्थियों व भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं की सहभागिता रहेगी।
हर ब्लॉक मुख्यलाय पर हजारों लोग प्रधानमंत्री का संबोधन सुनेंगे। मंत्रियों से कहा गया है कि कृषि बिल को लेकर किसानों के नाम कृषि मंत्री नरेन्द्र तोमर के पत्र को हूबहू छपवाकर बड़े स्तर पर गांव-गांव उसका वितरण कराया जाए। प्रवासी मंत्री जिलों के प्रवास में 25 दिसंबर के कार्यक्रम तथा पत्र वितरण की योजना को क्रियान्वित कराएंगे।
भाजपा ने किए 19 किसान सम्मेलन किए
भाजपा के प्रदेश महामंत्री (संगठन) सुनील बंसल ने जानकारी दी कि कृषि बिलों पर जनता के बीच सही स्थिति लाने के लिए प्रदेश में अब तक 19 किसान सम्मेलन किए जा चुके हैं।
जिला पंचायत सदस्य के प्रत्याशी घोषित करेंगे
सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मंत्रियों से जिला पंचायत चुनाव की तैयारी में जुटने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला पंचायत सदस्य पद के लिए प्रत्याशी घोषित करके चुनाव लड़ा जाएगा। कार्यकर्ताओं को चुनाव लड़ाया जाएगा। पार्टी नेताओं के परिवार के सदस्यों को उम्मीदवार नहीं बनाया जाएगा।
प्रदेश प्रभारी का कराया परिचय
मंत्रियों को नए प्रदेश प्रभारी राधा मोहन सिंह व तीनों सह प्रभारियों का परिचय कराया गया। इसी के साथ प्रदेश में बनाए गए दो नए सहमहामंत्री (संगठन) पश्चिमी यूपी से कर्मवीर सिंह और पूर्वांचल से भवानी सिंह का भी परिचय कराया गया। राधा मोहन सिंह ने कहा कि वह कार्यकर्ताओं पर भारी नहीं पड़ेंगे बल्कि सभी के सहयोग से संगठन की मजबूती के लिए काम करेंगे।
