Lucknow, उप्र सरकार ने अचानक एक अहम फैसला लेते हुए एलडीए वीसी शिवाकांत दिवेदी को उनके पद से हटा दिया। उनकी जगह डीएम लखनऊ को यह जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। डीएम लखनऊ अभिषेक प्रकाश लखनऊ डीएम के साथ एलडीए वीसी का भी पद संभालेंगे।
गौरतलब है कि शिवाकांत द्विवेदी को इसी साल जनवरी की शुरुआत में एलडीए का वीसी बनाया गया था। पीसीएफ निदेशक पद से उन्हें पूर्व वीसी प्रभु एन सिंह की जगह लाया गया था। शिवाकांत द्विवेदी प्रोन्नत आईएएस अधिकारी हैं। शासन द्वारा उनको हटाये जाने के पीछे एलडीए के मुख्तार अंसारी और उनके भाई अफ़ज़ाल अंसारी के अवैध कब्जों को हटवाने में रवैया उचित नहीं माना जा रहा है। इसके अलावा एलडीए में कामों को लेकर धीमी गति से भी शासन खुश नहीं था, ऐसी चर्चा है।(UNA)
