Lucknow कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को पत्र लिखकर गायों की मौत पर चिंता जाहिर की है। प्रियंका ने पत्र में लिखा कि ललितपुर के सौजना से आई गौमाता के शवों की तस्वीरें देखकर मन विचलित हो गया है। अभी ये विवरण नहीं मिले हैं कि इन गायों की मौत किन परिस्थितियों में हुई है लेकिन तस्वीरों से लग रहा है कि चारा-पानी न मिलने की वजह से ही मौतें हुई हैं। देखकर लगता है कि कई दिनों की भूख और प्यास से धीरे-धीरे हुई पीड़ादायक मौतें हैं।
प्रियंका गांधी ने लिखा कि दुखद यह भी है कि यह इस तरह की पहली तस्वीर नहीं है। इससे पहले भी प्रदेश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से ऐसी तस्वीरें आती रही हैं। हर बार इन पर कुछ देर के लिए चर्चा होती है लेकिन इन मासूम जानवरों की देखभाल के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए जाते। सवाल उठता है कि इसके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है?
प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा कि सत्ता में आने के समय आपने गौवंश की रक्षा और गौशालाएं बनवाने की बात की थी लेकिन वास्तविकता यही है कि इस संदर्भ में आपकी घोषणाओं के बावजूद सरकार के प्रयास पूरी तरह से विफल रहे हैं। गायों की भलाई के नाम पर गौवंश की दुर्दशा की जा रही है। गौशालाएं खोली गईं मगर सच यह है कि वहाँ गौवंश को चारा और पानी नहीं सिर्फ असंवेदनशीलता मिलती है। अफसर व गौशाला संचालक पूर्णतः भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हैं। पूरे प्रदेश में हर दिन न जाने कितनी गायें भूखी प्यासी मर रही हैं।
आवारा पशुओं से किसान हलकान, रात-रात भर जागकर कर रहे फसलों की रखवाली
प्रियंका गांधी ने पत्र में कहा है कि जहां गौशालाएँ इस परिस्थिति में हैं, वहीं आवारा पशु की भी भयंकर समस्या है। किसान पूरी तरह से हलकान हैं। वे रात-रात भर जागकर अपनी फसलों की रक्षा कर रहे हैं। फसलों की रक्षा के लिए उन्हें हजारों रुपये खर्च कर खेतों की तारबंदी करवानी पड़ रही है।
प्रियंका गांधी ने कहा कि गांधीजी गाय को करुणा को काव्य मानते थे। यह करोड़ों भारतीयों की मां है। वह मानते थे कि गौरक्षा का अर्थ केवल गाय की रक्षा नहीं है बल्कि उन सभी जीवों की रक्षा है जो असहाय और दुर्बल हैं।
कांग्रेस महासचिव ने पत्र में लिखा है कि कांग्रेस की सरकार ने छत्तीसगढ़ में इस मामले को ‘गोधन न्याय योजना’ लागू कर बहुत अच्छी तरह से सुलझाया है। शायद उनसे उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार प्रेरणा ले सकती है और गाय के प्रति हम सब अपनी सेवा भावना को कायम रख सकते हैं। हम ऐसी भीषण परिस्थितियों में गायों को जीने और मरने को मजबूर होने से बचा सकते हैं और अपने किसानों की वास्तविक मदद भी कर सकते हैं।
