मुख्यमंत्री के राजनीतिक सचिव व पूर्व मंत्री कृष्ण बेदी ने कहा कि गांव में छोटी सरकार का गठन हो चुका है। अब नवनिर्वाचित सरपंचों की जिम्मेवारी है कि वे अपने गांव के विकास के लिये एकजुट होकर काम करे। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहरलाल के कुशल नेतृत्व में समान विकास कार्य करवाय जा रहे हैं।

वे शनिवार को गांव ओढां के निजी रिजोर्ट में नवनिर्वाचित सरपंचों के सम्मान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्यअतिथि संबोधित कर रहे थे। इससे पूर्व बेदी ने सिरसा में श्री श्याम बाबा मंदिर में मत्था टेका और पूजा अर्चना भी की। साथ ही

उन्होंने स्थानीय शिवाजी कॉलोनी में प्रवीण गोयल के निवास भी आमजन से मुलाकात की और उनका कुशलक्षेम पूछा। इस अवसर पर जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा आदित्य देवीलाल, पूर्व विधायक बलकोर सिंह, रामचंद्र कंबोज, वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता चंद्र प्रकाश बोस्ती, बलजिंद्र सिंह जोशन, टिशू प्रधान, बलवंत सिंह मिरोक, सुनील बहल, महावीर गोदारा, वीरशांति स्वरुप मौजूद थे। इस दौरान बेदी ने सरपंचों से संवाद व विचार विमर्श किया। इस दौरान उन्होने सभी सरपंचों, पंचों व ब्लॉक समिति सदस्यों को सम्मानित भी किया।

बेदी ने सरपंचों को उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि गांवों में आ रही समस्याओं का एक साथ मिलकर समाधान किया जाएगा, ताकि आमजन की परेशानियों का निवारण किया जा सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि नवनिर्वाचित सरपंच अपने-अपने गांवों की समस्याओं को चिन्हित करें तथा उनके स्थायी समाधान के सभी विकल्पों पर विचार करते हुए जन सहयोग से ही प्रस्ताव तैयार करवाएं, जिससे गांवों का चहुंमुखी एवं सर्वांगीण विकास संभव हो सके।

उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अनेकों कारगर योजनाएं क्रियांवित की जा रही है। गांव के मुखिया इन योजनाओं का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाते हुए अपने गांव को लाभ पहुंचवाना सुनिश्चित करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार से लेकर और ग्राम पंचायत तक का यह कर्तव्य है कि हर तबके, हर वर्ग और हर व्यक्ति के साथ न्याय हो। प्रदेश सरकार जिस प्रकार हरियाणा एक-हरियाणवी एक के सिद्धांत पर सरकार चलाई है वैसे ही पंचायतें भी पूरे गांव को एक परिवार मानकर काम करें। गांव का पैसा गांव के सामूहिक कार्य में लगे हैं और इसे कोई गलत ढंग से ना निकाल पाए यह चौकीदारी भी हमें करनी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने विकास कार्यों में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए गांवों में ग्राम दर्शन पोर्टल व शहरों के लिए नगर दर्शन पोर्टल बनाया है। इसके माध्यम से आम आदमी को भी अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए अपनी बात रखने व उसके समाधान करवाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त हुआ है।

उन्होंने बताया कि इन पोर्टल पर आम लोग अपनी मांग, शिकायत और सुझाव भी दे सकेंगे। पोर्टल पर हरियाणा के प्रत्येक निकायों व गांवों में क्रियान्वित किए जा रहे विकास कार्यों सहित नए विकास कार्यों की मांग का संपूर्ण डाटा ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध होगा।
