बहुचर्चित बालिका गृहकांड में दिल्ली के तिहाड़ जेल में उम्रकैद की सजा भुगत रहे ब्रजेश ठाकुर को स्वधार गृहकांड में रिमांड पर लेने के लिए ऑनलाइन अर्जी दाखिल की जाएगी। अर्जी पर सुनवाई के बाद ब्रजेश व अन्य आरोपितों को न्यायिक रिमांड पर लिया जा सकता है। विशेष लोक अभियोजक जयमंगल प्रसाद ने मंगलवार को बताया कि कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण ऑफलाइन अर्जी पर रोक लगी है। शीघ्र ही ई फाइलिंग के तहत ऑनलाइन अर्जी दाखिल कर कोर्ट से ब्रजेश ठाकुर को रिमांड पर लेने के लिए आग्रह किया जाएगा। बुधवार को ऑनलाइन अर्जी दाखिल किए जाने की संभावना है। इससे पूर्व कोर्ट में पुलिस की ओर से ऑफलाइन अर्जी दाखिल की जा चुकी है। ऑनलाइन अर्जी के लिए जांच अधिकारी महिला थानेदार नीरू कुमारी ने मंगलवार को एससी/ एसटी विशेष कोर्ट से संपर्क किया। रिमांड की मंजूरी के बाद उसे दिल्ली से मुजफ्फरपुर जेल में शिफ्ट किया जा सकता है। इसके बाद मामले में आगे की कार्यवाही शुरू हो सकेगी। न्यायिक रिमांड के बाद उसे पुलिस रिमांड पर भी लिया जा सकता है। इसके बाद स्वधार गृह कांड से जुड़े रहस्यों व मामले में शामिल अन्य आरोपियों की कलई खुल सकेगी।(UNA)
