ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि जैसे ही उन्हें पता चला कि खाल में करंट के चलते आधा दर्जन दुधारू पशु खाल में फंसे तडफ़ रहे हैं तब किसी ने भगवानपुरा जीएसएस पर मोबाइल के द्वारा निमोदा गांव की विद्युत आपुर्ति बंद करने को कहा। किंतु उस वक्त जीएसएस पर ड्यूटी कर रहे कर्मचारी ने बिजली बंद करने में 15- 20 मिनट लगा दिए, जिसके चलते एक गाय की करंट से मौत हो गई। ग्रामीणों ने भगवानपुरा जीएसएस पर तैनात कर्मी की लापरवाही पर रोष जताते हुए कहा कि ऐसे लापरवाह कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध विभागीय कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। साथ ही खाल के किनारे पर स्थित इस ट्रासफार्मर को अन्यत्र लगाया जाए तथा हर ट्रांसफार्मर के आस पास पशुरोधक फेंसिंग की जानी चाहिए ताकि पशओुं को अपनी जान न गंवानी पड़े। समय रहते यदि ग्रामीण बचाव नहीं करते तो और भी बड़ी जन-धन और पशु हानि हो सकती थी।

बूंदी. कलेक्ट्रेट में आयोजित विधिक जागरूकता शिविर में बाल विवाह के दुष्परिणाम, दण्डनीय प्रावधानों व रोकथाम हेतु जिला कलक्टर द्वारा संचालित नियन्त्रण कक्ष, हेल्पलाईन नम्बर (0747-2442305) के बारे में बताया गया। बाल विवाह की सूचना देने वाले का नाम पता गुप्त रखा जाता है।
बाल विवाह की सूचना समय पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी, नियन्त्रण कक्ष व जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण को सूचित करें ताकि समय पर कार्रवाई कर बाल विवाह को रूकवाया जा सके।
शिविर में बाल विवाह रोकथाम से सम्बन्धित पम्पलेट्स का वितरण किया गया।
जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के सचिव विनोद कुमार वाजा ने बताया कि जनउपयोगी सेवाओं की समस्याओं के निस्तारण के लिए गठित स्थाई लोक अदालत सहित आम जन के कानूुनी रूप से उनके अधिकारों के बारे में बताया।
जनउपयोगी सेवाओं के अन्तर्गत परिवहन, डाक, टेलीफोन, विद्युत, स्वच्छता, चिकित्सा, बीमा, शिक्षा, आवास, बैंकिग व वित्तीय व पेट्रोलियम सेवाएं आती हंै। लोक अदालत में प्रकरणों का निस्तारण शीघ्रता से किया जाता है तथा फैसले की कोई अपील भी नहीं होती है।
बाल विवाह रोकने के लिए सामूहिक विवाह सम्मेलनों के खंगाले रिकॉर्ड
बूंदी। बाल विवाहों की रोकथाम के लिए आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, सहायिका, साथिन और आशा कार्यकर्ताओं की टीम गांव-गांव निगाह रखे हुए हैं। सामूहिक विवाह के प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रमों पर भी निगरानी रखी जा रही है।
बाल विवाह की रोकथाम हेतु नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारी मिथलेश जैन ने बताया कि आंगनबाडी पर्यवेक्षक सामूहिक विवाह सम्मेलन से सम्बद्ध आयोजक संस्थाओं में विवाह के लिए पंजीकृत जोडों की सूचनाएं जैसे उनकी आयु के प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य दस्तावेज आदि की जांच कर रही है। कहीं से भी बाल विवाह की सूचना या अंदेशा होने पर मौके पर जाकर समझाइश की जा रही हैं। इसके अलावा सम्बंधित उपखण्ड अधिकारी तथा तहसीलदार कार्यालयों में नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किये है। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के निर्देशानुसार गठित दल भी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में निगाह रखे हुए हैं।
गर्मी से मनरेगा श्रमिक बेहाल हुए, कार्यस्थल पर व्यवस्थाओं की कमी
इटावा। क्षेत्र में भीषण गर्मी को लेकर सरकार ने भले ही मनरेगा कार्यस्थलों पर छाया, पानी, दवा और पालने जैसी सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दे रखे हों, लेकिन कार्यस्थलों पर स्थिति इसके उलट हैं। नीमसरा, ककरावदा गांव में मनरेगा श्रमिक सुविधाओं के अभाव के कार्य कर रहे हैं। गांव में खेतों के रास्ते पर चल रहे कार्य पर छाया की व्यवस्था नहीं होने से श्रमिक परेशान हो रहे हैं।
श्रमिक पेड़ों की छाया में बैठने के लिए इधर-उधर भटकते रहते हैं। महिला श्रमिकों ने बताया कि धूप में बैठकर भोजन करना पड़ता है। श्रमिकों ने बताया कि कड़ी मेहनत से तेज गर्मी में कार्य करते हैं। कई बार श्रमिकों की तबीयत खराब हो जाती है, लेकिन मौके पर दवा का इंतजाम नहीं है। कार्यस्थल पर छाया की व्यवस्था नहीं होने से पेड़ की छाया में दोपहरी काटनी पड़ती है। श्रमिकों ने बताया कि कार्यस्थल पर मेडिकल किट होना चाहिए। कई बार अधिकारियों को बोलने के बाद भी कार्यस्थल पर श्रमिकों के लिए कोई सुविधा नहीं दी जा रही है।

इटावा। आजाद हिंद बिल्डिंग वर्कर्स यूनियन के तत्वावधान में एक मई को मजदूर दिवस प्रह्लाद महावर की अध्यक्षता में मनाया गया। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि नगर पालिका उपाध्यक्ष भरत पारेता ने कहा कि मजदूर दिवस लाखों मजदूरों के परिश्रम, दृढ़ निश्चय और निष्ठा का दिवस है। एक मजदूर देश के निर्माण में बहुमूल्य भूमिका निभाता है और उसका देश के विकास में अहम योगदान होता है। किसी भी उद्योग में काम करने वाले श्रमिकों की अहम भूमिका होती है। मजदूरों के बिना किसी भी औद्योगिक ढांचे के खड़े होने की कल्पना नहीं की जा सकती। लेकिन आज देश के मजदूरों के साथ अन्याय और उनका शोषण होता है। मजदूरों को 8 घंटे काम करने का सम्बंधित कानून लागू है, लेकिन इसकी पालना सिर्फ सरकारी कार्यालय में होती है। अधिकतर प्राईवेट कम्पनियों में 12 घन्टे काम कराते हैं, जो कि मजदूरों का शोषण है। कार्यक्रम का संचालन यूनियन महामंत्री उमाशंकर बैरवा ने किया। इस अवसर पर बाबू लाल, रामेश्वर महावर, गिरिराज, सीता राम, लड्डू लाल आदि मौजूद रहे।

बूंदी। ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायतीराज विभाग द्वारा संचालित महात्मा गांधी नरेगा योजना की जिला कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित सभागार में सीईओ मुरलीधर प्रतिहार नें विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने उपस्थित अधिकारियों को नरेगा श्रमिकों का भुगतान समय पर करने तथा प्रत्येक प्रगतिरत कार्य का नियमित निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक दिन कनिष्ठ तकनीकी सहायक प्रगतिरत कार्यो का निरीक्षण कर प्रगति रिपोर्ट जिला स्तर पर प्रेषित करे। लेखा सहायक साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण कार्यक्रम तैयार कर प्रत्येक पंचायत का दौरा करें तथा लेखा रिकॉर्ड की जांच सुनिश्चित करें। लाईन विभागों से अप्राप्त उपयोगिता एवं पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र वाले कार्यो की सूची तैयार कर जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को अवगत करवाये। मई माह के अंत तक एक लाख श्रमिकों को रोजगार उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जावें।
सीईओ ने कार्यो का समय पर समायोजन नहीं करवाने को गंभीर मानते हुए विकास अधिकारी बूंदी के विरूद्ध सीसीए 17 का नोटिस जारी करने तथा श्रमिकों को समय पर भुगतान नहीं करवाने पर पंचायत समिति हिण्डोली के समस्त जेटीए के विरूद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि वर्ष 2017-18 तक के कार्यो को यथा स्थिती 3 दिवस में पूर्ण करनें की कार्यवाही की जावे। एनआरएम के 80 प्रतिशत कार्यो को 13 मई तक पूर्ण करवाये। कार्य प्रारंभ करवानें के साथ ही प्रदर्शन बोर्ड बनवाये जावे। मेट के पास वर्क साईट फाईल व मेडिकल किट आवश्यक रूप से उपलब्ध हो। लेखा सहायक प्रथम बार कार्यो की मस्टररोल जारी करते समय वर्कसाईट फाईल तैयार कर ही मस्टररोल जारी करे। कनिष्ठ तकनीकी सहायक प्रत्येक गुरूवार को कलस्टर पंचायत में मेटों को नियमित प्रशिक्षण दे। बैठक में अधिशाषी अभियंता नरेगा हितेन्द्र कुमार मेहरा, लेखाधिकारी रामनारायण मीणा, सहायक अभियंता संदीप सक्सैना सहित जिला एवं ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

कोटा। मुकन्दरा हिल्स टाइगर रिजर्व में बाघों के रि-इन्ट्रोडक्शन के लिए राष्ट्रीय बाघ प्राधिकरण द्वारा दी गई स्वीकृति की पालना में गत 12 अप्रैल को रणथम्भौर टाइगर रिजर्व से बाघिन टी-83 को मुकन्दरा हिल्स टाईगर रिजर्व में लाकर एन.टी.सी.ए. द्वारा जारी टाइगर रि-इन्ट्रोडक्शन के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार सॉफ्ट एनक्लोजर में छोड़ा गया एवं इसे एम.टी.-4 नाम दिया गया।
मुकन्दरा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान के उप वन संरक्षक (वन्यजीव) ने बताया कि सॉफ्ट एनक्लोजर में बाघिन को गहन देख-रेख एवं निगरानी में रखा गया। बाघिन एम.टी.-4 के यहां के वातावरण के अनुकूल हो जाने के उपरान्त, इस संबंध में एन.टी.सी.ए. के निर्देशों के क्रम में उच्च कार्यालय में हुई चर्चा के आधार पर दिये गये निर्देशानुसार हाल ही में इसकी हार्ड रिलीज की गयी एवं फ्री-रेंजिंग बाघ एम.टी.-3 के क्षेत्र में छोड़ा गया। वर्तमान में यह बाघिन एम.टी.-4 वनखण्ड मशालपुरा में विचरण कर रही है एवं निगरानी दल द्वारा इसकी लगातार निगरानी की जा रही है।
